Get serious about relaxation

Buteyko Relaxation is a very serious way to relax that counters weird ways to relax (see C6 of the Dec. 9 BND).

This breathing method can improve your health and fitness. It is an astounding revelation.

What is it? It is a method that lowers stress and anxiety for a human body. Dramatic claims and it costs nothing to try.

It is likely a lot of sacred medical cows are going to die in this process. This goes against almost everything one may have been told about deep breathing, etc. Everything.
