Joseph Reichert in a recent letter opined that the Tea Party shouldn't be focused on such insignificant issues as Benghazi. Never mind that our ambassador and three other brave Americans lost their lives and the Obama administration continues to cover up what happened there. Instead, Reichert thinks the Tea Party should be criticizing American banking shenanigans and our "attack" on Iraq and Afghanistan.
What really caught my attention, however, was his first sentence in which he refers to the Tea Party as "crackpots." Reichert does what many liberals seem to do. When they have no good arguments, they resort to name-calling. I mean, these crackpot Tea Party people actually want us to abide by the U.S. Constitution. Can you imagine that? And they want to reduce the size of our bloated government and reduce excessive taxation. They even want to eliminate deficit spending and the national debt. Wow, what crackpots these Tea Party people are.
And these terrible Tea Party people like Sen. Ted Cruz and perhaps 60 percent or more of the population are critical of Obamacare. Can you believe they want to repeal this law because millions of people will either lose their health insurance or have to pay double and triple premiums and deductibles?
Yeah, let's blame the Tea Party for all the ills President Obama has brought to us -- a lousy economy, joblessness, Fast and Furious, the IRS scandals, Benghazi, attacks on reporters, Obamacare, et al. Those damn Tea Party crackpots.
