No investigation needed on health care contracts

December 23, 2013

I rarely agree with everything U.S. Rep. John Shimkus says, but I support his criticism of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. She claims to want an investigation of how contractors for the health care website were selected.

Umm, Madame Secretary, that is already known. Reports point to a no-bid contract, ignoring protocols for contract award, and then awarded to a Canadian firm in which, guess what, Michelle Obama's Princeton classmate is a principal.

Save the money you would have spent on investigation, Secretary Sebelius, and use if for moving expenses to take your leave of Planet D.C.
