— Multiple felony charges await three teenagers suspected of luring robbery victims with a Craigslist ad for a television.

Garrett A. Babb, 17, has been charged with armed robbery.

Maurice Stephen Morris, 17, has been charged with attempted armed robbery, a Class 1 felony; and aggravated battery, a Class 3 felony.

The three teenagers are accused of posting Craigslist ads about selling a television to lure potential buyers to an unoccupied apartment, where they were beaten and robbed. The first person was able to get away before money was taken, according to Collinsville Police. The second was beaten and forced to give up an undetermined amount of money; the third was robbed at gunpoint, according to police.

The charges filed Thursday in Madison County Circuit Court allege that they struck one of the victims about the head and back with a tire iron, and another with a baseball bat, in addition to the firearm charge.

Madison County State's Attorney Thomas Gibbons confirmed that a fourth person may be charged.
