Murray Center hearing

A hearing on whether the state can close the Murray Developmental Center in Centralia, Ill., ended Thursday in Chicago. The Arc of Illinois' Tony Paulauski, an advocate for placing the developmentally disabled adults in group homes, and Rita Winkeler, a leader of the Murray Parents Association that is trying to preserve the institution, react to the end of the hearing.
