ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, JAN. 9

Ronald D. Adams, 30, of 5908 Gateway Industrial Drive, 4, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent between Nov. 12, 2013 and Jan. 1, 2014 by St. Clair County sheriff. Adams allegedly, took merchandise from Circle K. 5904 Old St. Louis Road, Belleville, being cigarettes, total retail value no in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on Nov. 28, 2006.

Arnold Walters, 62, of 201 Oliver Lee Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of home repair fraud on between Dec. 24, 2012 and March 1, 2013 by St. Clair County sheriff. Walters allegedly, entered into a written contract in the amount of $9,825 with John Gall for the repair of the home located at 10152 Hickory Hollow, Mascoutah, and in so doing, knowingly promised performance which he knew would not be performed in that he failed to employ qualified personnel necessary to perform the home repair; he failed to order or purchase the basic materials required for the performance of such home repairs.

Donald E. Hanauer, 51, of 2704 Dryden Drive, Springfield, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on or about Oct. 29, 2013 by Lebanon police. Hanauer allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; drove a white 2001 Toyota Corolla on South Madison St. in Lebanon, while there was an amount of a drug, substance or compound in his breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use of consumption of cocaine.

Alfred L. Tate Jr., 43, of 326 Portland Ave., Apt. 4, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of burglary on between Aug. 2, 2012 and Aug. 3, 2012 by Belleville police. Tate allegedly entered into a motor vehicle, a white 2004 Ford E350, of Mary Bockewitz, doing business as A Real Pure Bottled Water, located at 226 Centerville Ave., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Felicia J. Mitchell, 23, of 309 Brookside, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of between July 26, 2010 and April 1, 2011 by Belleville police. Mitchell allegedly, took property of Joan Sadorf, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500. She obtained payment by way of personal checks of Joan Sadorf for work completed for Joan Sadorf knowing that she had not completed such work for Joan Sadorf, said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Brian S. Perry, 34, of 414 Clarence St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of theft by Belleville police. Perry allegedly, took property of Joan Sadorf, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500. He obtained payment by way of personal checks of Joan Sadorf for work completed for Joan Sadorf knowing that he had not completed such work for Joan Sadorf, said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Marlon A. Taylor Jr., 29, of 309 Brookside Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of theft between March 1, 2011 and June 14, 2011 by Belleville police. Taylor allegedly, took property of Joan Sadorf, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500. He obtained payment b way of personal checks of Jon Sadorf for work completed for Joan Sadorf knowing that he had not completed such work for Joan Sadorf, said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Kayveon B. Huntley, 20, of 1537 LaSalle St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Jan. 7 by Fairview Heights police. Huntley allegedly, took merchandise from Macy's, 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being jeans and shirts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Stealing on Aug. 3, 2013.

Arnold F. Reed, 52, of 8921 Old Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent and failure to report change of address as a sex offender, subsequent on or about Nov. 23, 2013 by Fairview Heights police. Reed allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of Fairview Heights Police Department, within 90 days of last registration; knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address with the Chief of Police of Fairview Heights Police Department within three days of change of his residence address. Defendant had been previously convicted of Unlawful Failure to Register as a Sex Offender on March 12, 2008.

Jarrion R. Jackson, 20, of 38 Fourscore Drive, Apt. D, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary and unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle on or about Nov. 23, 2013 by Fairview Heights police. Jackson allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Robbie Harris, located at 1429 1st Ave., Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft therein; a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a motor vehicle, a 2005 Cadillac CTS, of Robbie Harris, knowing it to have been stolen.
