Silent majority awakened

January 11, 2014

A liberal judge ruled that Utah's law defining marriage as between a man and woman was unconstitutional. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled the people of California had no right to defend traditional marriage because the governor and attorney general would not represent them.

The government should have never gotten involved in deciding who could marry. That decision was made by God when he created Adam and Eve and all human generations proceeded from that union.

Man changed this. God said a man lying with another man is an abomination. Some churches and preachers say homosexual acts are not a sin and bless these unions. I think Jesus would refer to them as a false prophet, and Jesus warned us about false prophets.

I applaud the United Methodist Church for defrocking the Rev. Frank Schaefer, who performed his son's same-sex marriage. They asked him to repent of his actions, but he refused so they defrocked him.

Way to go to Phil Robertson from "Duck Dynasty" on expressing his views on homosexuality. A&E suspended Phil, but has since reinstated him.

The leaders of the LGBT and GLAAD communities called Phil a bigot because he doesn't agree with their lifestyle. All they did was awaken a sleeping giant, the silent majority. We are tired of the stuff the gays, Hollywood, politicians, judges, ACLU, the liberal media try shoveling down our throats. We're going to take back our country and put back in place God, country and family.
