An unhappy customer

I contacting you to express my dissatisfaction with your newspapers lack of delivery during our snow storm last week.

I live in the country and did not expect to have my Jan. 5 through Jan. 8 papers delivered each day due to the road conditions. But I did expect to receive them when the roads cleared. When I received my Jan. 9 paper but none of the missing papers, I reported it to the circulation department. Still no sign of the missing papers by Jan. 13, so I called the circulation department. This morning I received Jan. 6 and Jan. 7 but still no sign of Jan. 8.

Being a long time subscriber to your paper, I expect to receive it each and every day. If it is impossible to deliver it on the day of publication, I expect it to be delivered as soon as reasonably possible after that. I don't feel this is too much to ask.

I was on vacation over Christmas and you were able to hold all of my papers and deliver them when I returned home, why is this different?

I don't understand what happened to all the undelivered papers, why can't someone find one of them for me. Surely they did not all get dumped in somebody's trash.
