Anheuser-Busch InBev will buy back South Korea's Oriental Brewery Co. Ltd for $5.8 billion, the St. Louis Business Journal reports. A-B InBev is buying the brewery from KKR & Co. and Affinity Equity Partners. A-B InBev sold Oriental Brewery to the private equity firms for $1.8 billion five years ago as part of the divestments required after its $52 billion purchase of Anheuser-Busch.
