A restaurant and night club that hosts live country music and has line dancing has opened in Maryville.
Bobbys at Buffalo Park is located at 2822 North Center St. Country bands perform there on Friday and Saturday nights and free line dancing lessons on Thursday nights with a two-drink minimum.
This establishment is not associated with the Bobbys Frozen Custard down the road at 2525 N. Center St. The number at Bobbys at Buffalo Park is 618-288-2200.
A Mexican restaurant from Edwardsville has opened in OFallon.
La Casa Mexicana is the latest tenant to open in the shopping center at 1222 Central Park Drive, where Subway and an All About Eyes eye wear retailer have also opened.

Texas Roadhouse has opened in Glen Carbon. The restaurant at 6640 Edwardsville Crossing Drive is the latest for the Texas-style steakhouse chain. You can also find Texas Roadhouse at 1412 Central Park Circle in Shiloh and in Missouri in Kirkwood, OFallon, St. Charles and Arnold. The number at the Glen Carbon restaurant is 618-656-8000.
An ongoing expansion at a storage complex in Shiloh is expected to be completed later this month. Safe Lock at 215 Lebanon Ave. has been building 170 new units, including some climate-controlled ones. You can reach them at 618-222-8181.
And finally, St. Josephs Hospital in Breese has recently been recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Value-Based Purchasing program. The metro-east hospital ranked 14th out of the top 25 hospitals across the country. The Hospital Value Based Purchasing Program, established by the Affordable Care Act, rewards hospitals for the quality of care they provide to people with Medicare.
