MONDAY, FEB. 3

Bruce W. Foutch II, 35, of 1907 Doris Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material on or about Jan. 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Foutch allegedly, possessed a substance containing less than 5 grams of methamphetamine; possessed ammonium nitrate, liquid fire, lithium batteries, and Coleman fuel, methamphetamine manufacturing material, with the intent that it be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Dominic Hale, 20, of 9824 Olympia St., rear, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery to a child on or about Jan. 30 by Belleville police. Hale allegedly, caused harm to D.W., a minor child under the age of 13, in that he punched D.W. in the head with his fist.

Wendy L. Woods, 47, of 66 Birch, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine conspire attempt unlawful disposal of methamphetamine manufacturing waste and possession of methamphetamine on or about Jan. 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Woods allegedly, knowing that the waste was used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, knowingly took a substantial step toward the commission of the unlawful disposal of methamphetamine manufacturing waste in that she took possession of a bag containing broken lithium battery shells and participated in helping transport it for disposal; possessed less than 5 grams of methamphetamine.

Kyle D. Lewis Sr., 28, of 1745 Harvest, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine conspire attempt disposal of methamphetamine manufacturing waste on or about Jan. 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lewis allegedly, knowing that the waste was used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, knowingly took a substantial step toward the disposal of the methamphetamine manufacturing waste, in that he took possession of a bag containing broken lithium battery shells and participated in helping transport the disposal.

Seth L. Creasy, 20, of 909 St. William, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine conspire attempt disposal of methamphetamine manufacturing waste on or about Jan. 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Creasy allegedly, possessed less than 15 grams of pseudophedrine, a methamphetamine precursor in a standard dosage form, with the intent that it be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Heather D. Proffitt, 18, of 1725 Jerome Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine conspire unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor between Oct. 23, 2013 and Nov. 16, 2013 by St. Clair County sheriff. Proffitt allegedly, possessed less than 15 grams of pseudophedrine, a methamphetamine precursor in a standard dosage form, with the intent that it be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Tyler R. Kenner, 20, of 1725 Jerome, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine conspire unlawful possession methamphetamine precursor between Dec. 1, 2013 and Dec. 28, 2013 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kenner allegedly, possessed less than 15 grams of pseudophedrine, a methamphetamine precursor in a standard dosage form, with the intent that it be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Courtney N. Kish, 20, of 2826 Overview Drive, Columbia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession methamphetamine precursor on or about Jan. 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kish allegedly, possessed less than 15 grams of pseudophedrine, a methamphetamine processor in a standard dosage form, with the intent that it be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Ashley N. Schmidt, 20, of 44 Circle Creek, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine conspire unlawful participation methamphetamine manufacturing on or about Jan. 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Schmidt allegedly, participated in the production of more than 100 grams but less than 400 grams of methamphetamine.

John W. Satterfield, 40, of 1808 Harvest Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine conspire unlawful participation in methamphetamine manufacturing on or about Jan. 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Satterfield allegedly, participated in the production of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine.

Joey L. Bullion, 213, of 216 E. Main, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of theft, second offense on or about Jan. 27 by Lebanon police. Bullion allegedly, took property of Mark Reinacher, being a pair of jeans, total value not in excess of $500; took property of Richard Reinacher, being a shirt, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of Burglary on Dec. 27, 2012.

Tyler W. Ashcraft, 18, of 202 Oliver, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of residential burglary on or about Dec. 18, 2013 by St. Clair County sheriff. Ashcraft allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Paul Rayfield, located at 1206 Hollywood Heights Road, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein; entered into the dwelling place of Paul Robbins, located at 7951 Brookfield Drive, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

James D. Garrett, 19, of 645 Hill Road, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about Dec. 18, 2013 by St. Clair County sheriff. Garrett allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Paul Loughman, located at 8025 Lakeside Drive, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Zachary S. Wood, 18, of 212 Oliver, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about Jan. 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Wood allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Paul Rayfield, located at 1206 Hollywood Heights Road, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Darien L. Pierce, 19, of 526 S. Leo Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Jan. 28 by Cahokia police. Pierce allegedly, entered into a building of Debra Henry, located at 718 St. Maud Drive, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Ronnell D. Caradine Sr., 43, of 1107 Express Drive, Apt. 2, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 1, by St. Clair County sheriff. Caradine allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Renia M. Farmer, 45, of 8122 Grandberry, Kinloch, Mo., arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Feb. 1 by O'Fallon police. Farmer allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 1530 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, being assorted DVDs and CDs, cologne, liquor and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Antonio L. Hart, 22, of 38 Fourscore Drive, Apt. B, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 30 by Fairview Heights police. Hart allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing morphine.

Anthony L. Isaiah, 21, of 315 N. 43rd St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about Feb. 1 by Belleville police. Isaiah allegedly, possessed on his person a 9mm handgun and the person had been previously convicted of Burglary, a forcible felony, on Nov. 23, 2010.

Jacobo D. Berman, 28, of 545 Donna Drive 1102 O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic batter on or about Feb. 1 by O'Fallon police. Berman allegedly, made physical contact with Amber Berman, a pregnant person, in that he grabbed her by the throat and pushed her against a wall twice.

Montrell J. Sanders, 21, of 1945 Reserve Walk Way, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, two counts of aggravated battery on or about Feb. 2 by Fairview Heights police. Sanders allegedly, strangled Antonette Long, a family/household member, in that he held Antonette Long by the throat and applied pressure, thereby impeding the normal breathing of Antonette Long; made physical contact with Antonette Long, a pregnant person, In that hat he grabbed her arms and slammed her back to the ground and punched her in the head.

Shawn M. Tiemann, 26, of 1609 S. 11th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of indecent solicitation of a child on or about Feb. 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Tiemann allegedly, solicited a female child, date of birth, June 8, 1997, a child under the age of 17 years, to commit the offense of indecent solicitation.

TUESDAY, FEB. 4

Larry Tiller, 52, of 447 N. 58th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about Jan. 4 by East St. Louis police. Tiller allegedly, had in his possession less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.

Ronauldre D. McClure, 22, of 1512 Martin Luther King Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Jan. 12 by East St. Louis police. McClure allegedly, possessed about his person upon a public street within the corporate limits of the city of East St. Louis, an uncased and unloaded pistol at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or legal dwelling, a fixed place of business, or on the land or in the legal dwelling of another person as an invitee with that person's permission and the person possession the firearm has not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.

Jessie L. Rucker, 47, of 100 N. Pennsylvania, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 19, 2013, by East St. Louis police. Rucker allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Gerald L. Ross, 26, of 5115 E. Gate, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon between Jan. 31 and Feb. 2 by East St. Louis police. Ross allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed about his person a .380 caliber handgun and the person had been previously convicted of Burglary, a forcible felony on July 15, 2008.

Ashleigh L. Hamm, 24, of 1427 Orchard, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and aggravated battery, subsequent on or about Feb. 2 by Cahokia police. Hamm allegedly, took merchandise from Shop N Save, 1028 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being BBQ sauce, cookies, berries and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300; knowingly caused bodily harm to Matthew Henson, a merchant who had detained the defendant for an alleged commission of retail theft, in that she bit Matthew Henson on the hand with her mouth. The defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on Aug. 26, 2011.

Marcel L. Orange, 39, of 8612 Payuer, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Feb. 3 by Cahokia police. Orange allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being a keyboard case, a tablet cover and an iPad Mini case, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft, Subsequent on Jan. 18, 2012.

Monterius D. Thomas, 23, of 20 Circle Creek Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about Feb. 1 by East St. Louis police. Thomas allegedly, possessed on his person a 9mm handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of Armed Robbery on May 21, 2012.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 5

Michael A. Plair Jr., 28, of 2615 W. Boulevard, Apt. 7, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of home invasion and aggravated battery on or about Jan. 3 by St. Clair County sheriff. Plair allegedly, not a peace officer acting in the line of duty, knowingly and without authority, entered the dwelling place of Lorenzo Merriweather, located at 2615 West Boulevard, Apt. 10, Belleville, knowing Lorenzo Merriweather to be present within that dwelling place and intentionally caused injury to Lorenzo Merriweather in that said defendant struck him in the face with his fist; knowingly caused bodily harm to Lorenzo Merriweather, a person over the age of 60 years, in that he struck him in the fact with his fist.

Alisha E. Johnson, 23, of 430 Jerome Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of home invasion on or about Jan. 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly, not a peace officer acting in the line of duty, knowingly and without authority, entered the dwelling place of Tekoa Howard, located at 1029 Brookshire Court, Apt. 11, Belleville, knowing Tekoa Howard to be present within that dwelling place and intentionally caused injury to Tekoa Howard in that said defendant grabbed and struck her about the head and body.

Layla M. Reed, 2005 unknown, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of home invasion on or about Jan. 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Reed allegedly, not a peace officer acting in the line of duty, knowingly and without authority, entered the dwelling place of Tekoa Howard, located at 1029 Brookshire Court, Apt. 11, Belleville, knowing Tekoa Howard to be present within the dwelling place and intentionally caused injury to Tekoa Howard in that said defendant grabbed and struck her about the head and body.

Charles D. Gilmore, 40, of 900 S. Charles St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and obstructing a peace officer on or about Feb. 4 by Belleville police. Gilmore allegedly, possessed on his person a 9mm handgun; knowingly resisted the performance of Aaron Hackleman of an authorized act within his official capacity being the arrest of Charles Gilmore, knowing Aaron Hackleman to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to stop running from Aaron Hackleman, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of the injury to Aaron Hackleman. Defendant had been previously convicted of Armed Robbery, on Jan. 8, 2004.

Breona L. King, 27, of 6206 Greyling, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Feb. 4 by Fairview Heights police. King allegedly, took merchandise from Old Navy, 6015 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being girl's dresses, sweaters, pants and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Stealing on July 6, 2009.

Ike Larry Jr., 20, of 1005 Water St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 3 by East St. Louis police. Larry allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Calvin L. Johnson, 49, of 3805 Audubon Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary and retail theft, subsequent on or about Jan. 24 by Belleville police. Johnson allegedly, entered into a building of Pulte Group, located at 211 Sparrow Point Lane, Belleville, with the intent to commit a theft therein; knowingly took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 2608 Greenmount Commons, Belleville, being a wrench, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on June 28, 2006.

THURSDAY, FEB. 6

Reginald T. King Sr., 45, of 144 St. James, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about May 14, 2012 by Cahokia police. King allegedly, made physical contact with Elijah J. Moyers, in that he pushed Elijah J. Moyers to the ground with his hands knowing Elijah J. Moyers to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Ronnie J. Gully Jr., 21, of 9728 Baltimore St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of harass witness on or about Jan. 31 by St. Clair County sheriff. Gully allegedly, with the intent to harass Demarco Wicks, a person who may be expected to serve as a witness in a pending legal proceeding, because the potential testimony of Demarco Wicks, communicated directly or indirectly with Demarco Wicks in such a manner as to produce mental anguish or emotional distress in that while incarcerated at the St. Clair County Jail, he telephoned Demarco and told him that he had his personal information.
