Cahokia scores conference victory over Centralia

Cahokia picked up a big South Seven Conference road win Tuesday by coming back from an 11-point deficit in the third quarter to edge the Centralia Orphans 41-40.

Drake recruit C.J. Rivers led Cahokia (19-7 overall, 5-2 in league play) with 16 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter. Missouri-Kansas City recruit Darius Austin piled up 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Comanches, who won despite hitting just 15-of-50 shots.

Centralia (19-4, 4-3) hit two free throws with four seconds remaining, but could get no closer,
