The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, FEB. 7

Ervin Moore, 18, of 2558 Forest Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to residence on or about Feb. 3 by East St. Louis police. Moore allegedly, entered and remained within the residence of Calvin Carter, located at 1121 College Ave., Apt. F, East St. Louis, at a time when said defendant knew that one or more persons were present in that residence.

Rochelle L. Tate, 30, of 1121 College Ave., Apt. C, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about Dec. 17, 2013, by East St. Louis police. Tate allegedly, took property of Tanya Sanford, being an Apple iPhone, while in a school, being the Miles Davis Elementary School, located at 715 N. 15th St., East St. Louis, total value not in excess of $500.

Heather J. Phillips, 29, of 536 Patton, Troy, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer and driving under the influence on or about Jan. 12 by Washington Park police. Phillips allegedly, while operating a mtoor vehicle, a maroon 2002 Mercury Cougar, was given a visual signal by a police officer, James Boyd, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said maroon 2002 Mercury Cougar to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs; drove a maroon 2002 Mercury Cougar on Kingshighway in Washington Park, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Elizabeth E. Robinson, 44, of 515 Centerville Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 5 by St. Clair County sheriff. Robinson allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

James E. Lewis, 27, of 6914 State St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 24, 2013 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lewis allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing hydrocodone.

Robert M. Brucker Jr., 32, of 137 N. Michigan Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 5 by St. Clair County sheriff. Brucker allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Louis L. Swinyer, 59, of 7925 N. Illinois, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on revoked license on or about Dec. 28 by Collinsville police. Swinyer allegedly, drove a blue 2003 Ford on Idlebrook Drive, Collinsville, while the defendant was under the influcne of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Timothy Taylor, 47, of 402 Doniphan St., Liberty, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about Feb. 7 by Fairview Heights police. Taylor allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

MONDAY, FEB. 10

Ivory L. Davis, 24, of 14 Goodman, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of attempted vehicular hijacking, robbery and aggravated battery on or about Feb. 5 by Belleville police. Davis allegedly, performed a substantial step toward the commission of said offense, in that Davis told Travis Hulsey that he was going to "jack" the vehicle he was driving, a Volkswagen Passat, then punches Travis Hulsey in the face; or one for whose conduct he is legally responsible, knowingly took property, a backpack and its contents from the presence of Cody Fincher, by the use of force; while Travis Hulsey was on a public way, a Lindenwood University parking lot, knowingly made physical contact with Travis Hulsey, in that he struck him in the face.

Nathaniel D. Williams, 34, of 910 N. 86th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful vehicular invasion and robbery on or about Feb. 5 by Belleville police. Williams allegedly, by the use of force and without legal justification, reached into the interior of a motor vehicle occupied by Cody Fincher, with the intent to commit theft; knowingly took property, being a backpack and its contents, from Cody Fincher by the use of force.

Harold J. Matthews, 37, of 2917 West Blvd. 12, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving on revoked license, subsequent on or about Feb. 7 by St. Clair County sheriff. Matthews allegedly, drove a Chevrolet Trail Blazer on West Boulevard at Brookshire Court in Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on Oct. 25, 2012.

Ramon J. Maldonado, 21, of 221 Bethel Mine Road, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about Jan. 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Maldonado allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Cody M. Fagan, located at 239 Joe St., Collinsville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Lisa R. Walters, 38, of 807 Scheel St., Apt. 1, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft over $500 on or about Jan. 19 by Belleville police. Walters allegedly, took property from Donald R. Walters, being CB radios, fishing equipment, and assorted tools, total value in excess of $500.

Ginger L. Jones, 33, of 307 S. Charles St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a credit card on or about Jan. 29 by Shiloh police. Jones allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Mastercard, used a credit card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining cigarettes, total value not in excess of $300.

April N. Glasscock, 29, of 690 N. Walnut, Breese, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence, driving on suspended license on or about Feb. 9 by O'Fallon polise. Glasscock allegedly, drove a 2003 Ford Taurus on Highway 50 in O'Fallon, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

TUESDAY, FEB. 11

Mohammed A. Abuharba, 21, of 179 Amelia Court, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of murder on or about Feb. 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Abuharba allegedly, without lawful justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to William E. Harriel Jr., shot him in the ehad, thereby causing the death of William E. Harriel Jr.

Anthony P. Allen, 21, of 1070 Patricia St., Cape Girardeau, Mo., arrested on suspicion of first degree murder on or about Feb. 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Allen allegeldy, or one for whose conduct he is legally responsible, without lawful justification, while committing a forcible felony, armed robbery, shot Darrin Hayes repeatedly, thereby causing the death of Darrin Hayes.

Derius T. Johnson, 24, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of domestic batery by Caseyville police.

Cody J. Bievenue, 22, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and warrant arrest by Freeburg police.

Joshua W. Resmann, 34, of Highland, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and two traffic violations by Illinois State Police.

Charles I. Smith, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Willie J. Hatten, 47, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Jonathan R. Busekrus, 34, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Carlos M. Bolden, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Norris Mays, 30, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Ervin D. Moore, 18, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery and criminal trespass to land by East St. Louis police.

Stephon E. Washington, 18, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Paris M. Traylor, 26, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Reginald T. King, 45, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Cahokia police.

Harold J. Matthews, 37, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Timothy A. Taylor, 57, of Liberty, Mo., arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substnce by Fairview Heights police.

William P. Sharpsten Jr., 31, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

John M. Shea, 24, of Granite City, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Schyler W. Gann, 21, of Memphis, Tenn., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Almahde H. Nijmeh, 45, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Aida Kusuran, 27, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, three traffic violations and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Deandre Usery, 32, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Amanda M. Townsend, 30, of Lenzburg, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Amanda J. Caskey, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by Belleville police.

Nathaniel D. Williams, 34, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of robbery by Belleville police.

Ivory L. Davis, 24, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicular hijacking by Belleville police.

Joseph A. Hutchison, 34, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle, and traffic violation by Belleville police.

Amanda L. Klemme, 31, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by Mascoutah police.

Chrystal M. Haag, 30, of New Baden, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, two traffic violations and warrant arrest by Mascoutah police.

Joshua Coleman III, 28, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Anthony P. Allen, 21, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
