Elite metro-east junior football recruits receiving high-level interest

A metro-east football standout rated in the top four in the nation at his position, East St. Louis High junior defensive lineman Terry Beckner, Jr., is already sorting through a ton of top-level offers.

Rivals.com reports that Beckner (6-foot-4, 270 pounds) already has 14 scholarship offers from a list that includes Florida State, Florida, Ohio State, Michigan, Nebraska, Tennessee, Illinois, Missouri and many more.

Beckner is Rivals' top recruit in the state and No. 4 nationally at his position. He's also listed as the 31st best recruit in the nation regardless of position.

Belleville West junior kicker and punter Austin Seibert, the top-rated player at his position in the country according to two national kicking recruiting services, has received a scholarship offer from Missouri.

He already had offers from Miami (Fla.) and Northwestern and Oklahoma has also shown strong interest.
