Patricia A. Vogel, 82, of Alhambra, formerly of rural New Douglas, died on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at the Hitz Memorial Home in Alhambra.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Feb. 21 at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Livingston. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 21 at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Livingston, with the Rev. Maurice Alms officiating. Lesicko Funeral Home in Livingston is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on March 20, 1931, in Lima, Ohio, to Homer and Marie (Fugh) Suits. She married Carl G. Vogel on Sept. 3, 1948. He preceded her in death on July 17, 2010.
Mrs. Vogel was a postal clerk in the Highland and Alhambra area. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Livingston.
Survivors included her a son, Michael Vogel Sr. of Great Falls, Mont.; grandchildren, Kimberly (Mark) Henderson of Gillespie, Michael Vogel Jr. of Gillespie, Aaron (Andrea) Vogel of Sherman, Texas, Allison (Ryan) Nance of Chatham, Ill., Brooke Vogel of Greenville, N.C., and Eric Vogel and Kyle Vogel, both of Great Falls, Mont.; great-grandchildren, Kyle Henderson, Michael Henderson, Skylar Vogel, Samantha Vogel, Jakob Vogel, Kynleigh Vogel, Kanyon Vogel, Kaydia Vogel, Melissa Lynne Vogel, Karlin Vogel, Kate Nance, and Ryleigh Nance; and great-great-grandchildren, Degan Vogel, Marley Vogel and Leighton Vogel.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; sons, William Earl Vogel and Barrett Vogel; and a daughter, Sandra Vogel, who died in infancy.
