According to the National Weather Service forecast, the high temperature will be stuck in the 30s -- or lower -- all this week.
The high temperature will be 36 degrees Monday under partly sunny skies. The overnight low will be 23. On Tuesday the high will be 37 with a chance of snow flurries.
The low will drop to 10 Tuesday night into Wednesday.
On Wednesday the high will peak at 24 under sunny skies.
