The Village of Shiloh held its Committee at Large meeting Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 at the Village Hall at One Park Drive.
The village and Police Chief James Stover recognized individuals for the Shiloh Police Department Awards as its first item of business.
The agenda for tonights meeting also included, under the Mayors Report, a reappointment of Tom Brown to the Police Pension Board.
Other agenda items under the planning and development, finance budget and public parks and facilities committees were reviewed.
The planning and development committee items included: a request to replace antennas at 2420 Patrick Dr., also known as the Whiteside School site; review a proposal for a uniplex creation for third addition of Arlington Square, lot 42 being 2234 and 2236 Calgary Dr., as well as lot 45 being 2247 and 2249 Calgary Dr.
The finance and budget items included: authorizing acceptance of audit services for 2014 through 2017 and a funding request from the St. Clair County Office on Aging for Shiloh Senior Meals Program.
Lasty, under public parks and facilities a request to authorize spending not to exceed $10,000 to stock Three Springs Park Lake will be reviewed by the board.
