Why do we ignore so much?

March 12, 2014

I have been putting off writing to this paper. Like everyone else, I feel that what I have to say is important. However, I don't know if I have ever changed anyone's opinion on anything.

For the record, my ideas were very liberal until the mid-1980s. I am now a conservative and I think the Constitution and Declaration of Independence are the two greatest documents in the history of man. It is absolutely incredible that these men converged at the same place, at the same time, in history.

Obviously, I am concerned for our country. It has been amazing, to me, to watch the systematic destruction of this country. There have been no roadblocks. It's like, no one realizes where we are headed.

Our president has done everything he has said he would do. He has surrounded himself with like-minded people his entire life. He has written two autobiographies with plenty of information about the things he believes, hates and wants to change.

And it appears that, still, no one believes what is happening. Or maybe most of the Republicans are on board.

This president ( I can't say his name ) wants a socialist dictatorship. He has no intention of leaving office. I repeat: This president has no intention of leaving office.

I have been saying this for two years. My family and friends think I am crazy. I wish they were correct.
