Previously held offices: Canteen #2 Precinct Committeeman for 22 years; Canteen Township Trustee in 2000; Canteen Township Supervisor since last year; Fairview Heights Ward #1 Alderman for 12 years.

What qualifies you for this position?

Some accomplishments while in those offices: Registered citizens to vote, help seniors with their property taxes, helped secure MetroLink to come to Fairview Heights. Responsible for adding many sidewalks, new streets with curb and gutters, playgrounds for parks, secured grant money for sewers, held meetings with neighborhoods and police departments to keep residents safe, worked with or helped R.J. Krause All-Stars Sports Club for more than 30 years.

What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?

1) Bring property taxes down (property tax reform).

2) Require drug testing for judges (no one should be above the law).

3) End MidAmerica losses (see if Scott Air Force Base would have a better use for the rest of MidAmerica).

4) Obtain grant money for our district (you have to apply to receive it).
