Skies will be sunny Wednesday but the temperature will remain stuck below normal.
According to the National Weather Service, the high will reach 52 degrees. That's 11 degrees warmer than the high Tuesday but eight degrees below the average high temperature of 60 for March 26.
Showers are expected to move into the area after 10 p.m. Wednesday evening with gusts of wind up to 22 miles an hour. The low is expected to drop to 41.
On Thursday there will be a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms during the day and a 70 percent chance during the evening hours. The wind will gust up to 31 miles an hour with a high temperature of 63.
Sunny skies and a high temperature of 57 are expected Friday.
