ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, MARCH 31

Hasson A. Abuharba, 20, of 8 Robin Court, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of resisting a police officer on or about March 28 th St. Clair County sheriff. Abuharba allegedly, resisted the performance of Matt Thorn of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Hasson Abuharba, knowing Matt Thorn to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed, and the actions of the deendant were the proximate cause of the injury to Matt Thorn.

Hamed Magrfahbi, 22, of 8 Robyn, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or abotu March 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. Magrahbi allegedly, made physical contact with Tom Peters, in that he punched Tom Peters knowing Tom Peters to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Gary M. Snyders II, 32, of 403 S. Library St., Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Snyders allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Delvarrion D. Harris, 19, of 1630 N. 50th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of theft from a person on or about March 27 by East St. Louis police. Harris allegedly, took property from the person of Akeem Wilson, a cellular phone, total value not in excess of $500.

Semekia V. Ellis, 33, of 2214 Grand Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about March 28 by Belleville police. Ellis allegedly, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to Mineka Steenson, in that she stabbed Mineka Stevenson in the leg with a knife.

Kevin A. Taylor Jr., 22, of 10106 Imperial Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen firearm and carry/possess a firearm in public on or about March 27 by Alorton police. Taylor allegedly, possessed a firearm, a Taurus semi automatic pistol, with knowledge that it had been stolen and iwthout being entitled to possess that firearm; knowingly carried a Taurus semi automatic pistol about his person on a public way and the firearm possessed was uncased, loaded and accessible at the time of the offense.

Deanthony B. Walker, 19, of 1220 Richard Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated discharge of a firearm on or about March 15 by Cahokia police. Walker allegedly, discharged a firearm, a .380 semi automatic in the direction of another person, Monte Brownlee.

Christopher D. McKinney, 22, of 1275 Kansas Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about march 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. McKinney allegedly, carried in a vehicle a 25 caliber Lorcin firearm, at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.

Germontez D. Mosley, 22, of 204 E. Center St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of failure to report change of address on or about March 23 by Lebanon police. Mosley allegeldy, a sex offender, knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address, in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration act, with the Chief of Police of Lebanon within 3 days of change of his residence address. Defendant had been previously convicted of a violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act, being Unlawful Failure to register as a Sex Offender on May 29, 2013.

Eric B. Ferguson, 23, of 610 N. 9th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government property on or about Feb. 17 by East St. Louis police. Ferguson allegedly, without the consent of the State of Illinois, government supported property, to wit: downspouts attached to the buildings of John Robinson Housing Complex located at 1200 Market Ave., East St. Louis, said damage being in excess of $10,000 but not in excess of $100,000.

James E. Thomas, 26, of 107 Kinder St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about March 30 by East St. Louis police. Thomas allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony under the law of the State of Illinois, knowingly possessed about his person a .22 long rifle caliber revolver. Defendant had been previously convicted of Robbery, on June 30, 2009.

Jeremy A. Mitchell, 34, of 2500 State St., Apt. 4, Granite City, arrested on suspicion of theft from between July 26, 2010 to June 14, 2011, by Belleville police. Mitchell allegedly, took property of Joan Sadorf, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $10,000 but not in excess of $100,000.

Gregory A. Lener, 45, of 12046 Renaissance, Maryland Heights, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence on or about March 30 by Fairview Heigths police. Lener allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; drove a red Dodge, on West State Route 161 in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Randy J. Cox Jr., 29, of 1717 Loretta Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about March 29 by Cahokia police. Cox allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mart, in Cahokia, being 5 pairs of jeans, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Residential Burglary on April 28, 2006.

Aaron M. Kirby, 28, of 301 N. Main St., Lot 24, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on revoked or suspended driver's license onor about March 30 by O'Fallon police. Kirby allegedly, drove a blue Jeep Cherokee on East State St., O'Fallon while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

Robert E. Mosley, 49, of 2711 Frank Scott Parkway, A, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about March 30 by Belleville police. Mosley allegedly, took property of Stonehenge Homeowners Assoc., being shingles, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft on Sept. 8, 2010.

TUESDAY, APRIL 1

Aaron G. Beison, 20, of 850 N. 76th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about March 31 by Alton and Southern Railroad. Beison allegedly, carried on his peson a .25 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in how own abode, or fixed place of business; defendant was under 21 years of age and in possession of a handgun. Defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.

Timothy J. Janes, 26, of 417 N. 5th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about March 31 by Belleville police. Janes allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person a handgun and the person had been previously convicted of Residential Burglary, a forcible felony, on Dec. 12, 2008.

Carmen L. Fails, 41, of 4745 S. Broadway, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about March 31 by O'Fallon police. Fails allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being numerous bottles of liquor, total retail value in excess of $300.

Michael D. Wills, 45, of 138 N. 74th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about March 31 by Cahokia police. Wills allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being two Garmin GPS systems and one TOMTOM GPS system, total retail value in excess of $300.

MONDAY, MARCH 31

Robert L. Snider, 53, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no registration and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tanika M. Williams, 24, of Lebanon, warrant arrest by Lebanon police.

Sean A. Mosley, 19, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Elliot J. Winters, 28, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Semekia V. Ellis, 33, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Belleville police.

Lakesha T. Riley, 38, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kevin A. Taylor, 22, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property by Alorton police.

Jamell M. Bridges, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Delvarrion D. Harris, 19, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by East St. Louis police.

Patsy N. McGee, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Shiloh police.

Batavia C. Buchanan, 31, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and resisting, obstructing or disarming a police office by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jeffrey C. Cantrell, 48, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deanthony B. Walker, 19, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated discharge of a fire by Cahokia police.

Randy J. Cox, 29, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and mutliple warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Gregory A. Lener, 45, of Maryland Heights, Mo., arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine by Fairview Heights police.

Joseph B. Kish, 22, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.

Maurice Scott Jr., 52, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

John D. Reed, 53, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair county sheriff.

Robert E. Mosley, 49, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Aaron M. Kirby, 29, of Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and probation violation by O'Fallon police.

Shanitta D. Woodson, 38, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and possession of cannabis by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marlon M. Gale, 19, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.
