Attractive board

The magnetic board is not a new idea, but there's a new version on the market that's worth a look. M.O.C. Woodworks, a California company, has recently introduced a series of magnetic, 12-inch boards that work perfectly in the kitchen and are made of hand-crafted maple, cherry, walnut, mahogany, lacewood, wenge and zebrawood. Hang everything from knives or other kitchen implements to metal tools in a workshop, house keys, office supplies and more. The neodymium magnets are the strongest type commercially available.

The boards are priced from $44 to $55, depending on the wood. Custom boards are also available. To order, go to www.amazon.com/shops/mocwoodworks or www.mocwoodworks.com.
