The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, APRIL 4

Derrick N. Henry, 44, of 4802 McCasland Ave., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of five counts of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and unlawful possession of firearm ammuniton by a felon on or about March 7 by Illinois State Police. Henry allegedly, possessed in a residence a Mossburg 20 gauge shotgun and the person had been previously convicted of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, a felony, on June 14, 2010; knowingly possessed in a residence a New England 12 gauge shotgun; knowingly possessed in a residence a Fabrique Nationale 12 gauge shotgun; knowingly possessed in a residence a Mossburg .22 caliber rifle; knowingly possessed in a residence a Remington Arms .22 caliber rifle; knowingly possessed in a residence miscellaneous types of live ammunition.

Cynthia E. Berry, 49, of address unknown, Las Vegas, NV, arrested on suspicion of violate order of protection by St. Clair County sheriff. Berry allegedly, having been served with/obtained knowledge of the contents of an order of of protection, issued on June 25, 2012, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant made a telephone call to Merlin Carroll, a protected party. The defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery on Feb. 7, 2011.

Jason F. Vogel, 40, of 215 E. Center St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about April 2 by Lebanon police. Vogel allegedly, drove a maroon 2005 Chrystler Sebring on West St. Louis St. in Lebanon, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol. Defendant had been previoulsy convicted of Driving under the Influence on Jan. 28, 2005 and again on April 11, 2009.

MONDAY, APRIL 7

Robert J. Foote, 20, of 1916 N. 38th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle between April 2 and April 3 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Foote allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a red 2001 Buick Century of Tomika Hunter, knowing it to have been stolen.

Robert J. Foote, 20, of 1916 N. 38th St., EAst St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or about April 26 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Foote allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a white 2001 Dodge Intrepid of Brett and Deanna Bushkin, knowing it to have been stolen.

Cortezia L. Travis, 21, of 7848 Badeor, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of failure to report accident and aggravated reckless driving on or about March 20 by East St. Louis police. Travis allegedly, left the scene of an accident involving the vehicle she was driving, a 2000 Chevrolet Impala, after that vehicle was involved in an accident at 19th Street and Central Avenue in East St. Louis, in which Devra Edwards was personally injured as a result of that accident, and thereafter failed to report the accident to the East St. Louis Police Department or any police department or Sheriff's Office near the place where such accident occurred within one-half hour after the accident; drove her car, a 2000 Chevrolet Impala, with a willful and wanton disregard for the safety of persons and in so doing caused great bodily harm to Devra Edwards, in that she struck the vehicle Devra Edward was driving.

Robin N. Piffner, 44, of 2566 State Route 13, Lenzburg, arrested on suspicion of three counts of theft between Jan. 1, 2011 and Dec. 31, 2011 by Smithton police. Piffner allegedly, took property from Jeffrey Schenewerk, doing business as Creative Children's Learning Center, 514 N. Main St., Smithton, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $10,000 but not in excess of $100,000. Said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Keevion K. Coleman, 18, of 133 Idlebrook Drive, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 15, 2013 by East St. Louis police. Coleman allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing alprazolam.

David Mayweather, 53, of 38 Helen Court, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on or about April 6 by Cahokia police. Mayweather allegedly, strangled Laverne Campbell, a family/household member, in that said defendant intentionally impeded the noram breathing of Laverne Campbell by applying pressure on the throat or neck; caused bodily have to Laverne Campbell, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched her in her face.

Brett K. Rogers, 28, of 6120 Warren St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Rogers allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Corey A. Melvin, 24, of 31 Rosehaven Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent o or about April 5 by Belleville police. Melvin allegedly, took merchandise from Shop N Save, 800 Carlyle Ave., Belleville, being one bottle of liquor, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft on Sept. 8, 2009.

Alaina B. Jacobs, 26, of 8324 Jacks Run Road, Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Jacobs allegedly, had in her possession residue of a substance containing heroin.

Tamyra M. Guy, 23, of 5411 North Belt West, 5, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about Aug. 30, 2013 by Swansea police. Guy allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to The Bank of Edwardsville, located at 3685 Sullivan Drive, Swansea, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Sprint, said document being a check, drawn on the First National Bank of St. Louis, dated Aug. 29, 2014, payable to Tamyra M. Guy in the amount of $54.17 and signed as drawer Sprint, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Vincent E. Walker Jr., 21, of 223 Granville St., Venice, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent and escape on or about April 7 by Fairview Heights police. Walker allegedly, took merchandise from Dollar General Store, 10261 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, being books and fuel additive, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft on Aug. 11, 2011; while in the lawful cutody of Sgt. Jim Krummrich, a peace officer for the City of Fairview Heights, for the alleged commission of a felony offense, being Retail Theft, Subsequent, intentionally escaped from Sgt. Jim Krummrich.

THURSDAY, APRIL 3

Tanisha R. Gathing, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by East St. Louis police.

Shawn A. Harlan, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of predatory criminal sexual assault by East St. Louis police.

Anthony L. Knight, 51, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by East St. Louis police.

Phillip T. Nauden, 35, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by Belleville police.

Nakia R. Harris, 20, of Belelville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Anthony M. Dagostino, 24, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Fairview Heights police.

Leonardo Lorenzana, 28, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unalwful restraint and illegal entry, alien by Fairview Heights police.

Dashaun M. Towers, 26, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer, probation violation and warrant arrest by Washington Park police.

Kiron K. Boyd, 18, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of battery and retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

Rakeim J. Joiner, 18, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

FRIDAY, APRIL 4

William A. Landolt, 60, of Troy, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Steven D. Armstead, 25, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kathleen E. Glenn, 42, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Rickyale G. Carter, 22, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Alorton police.

Lisa M. Rice, 47, Imperial, Mo., arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.

Thomas L. Champ, 20, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation and three traffic violations by Caseyville police.
