Fix Fido for free if you live in East St. Louis

East St. Louis residents from noon to 4 p.m. today can register to get free spay and neutering for their pets, plus receive a free bag of dog food if they do so.

Gateway Pet Guardians will be at East St. Louis City Hall registering pets for the surgeries and offering goodies and information on responsible pet ownership. Spays and neuters will be performed in June, and anyone registering will receive a coupon for a free bag of dog food.
