The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, APRIL 14

Manuel J. Gutierrez, 44, of 6605 N. Clark Ave., Tampa, Fla., arrested on suspicion of four counts of unlawful possession of counterfeit credit card and unlawful possession of fraudulent driver's license on or about April 8 by Belleville police. Gutierrez allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement, knowingly and without authority, possessed a credit card purported to have been issued by GM, issued to Eduardo Cruz, with the knowledge that the card has been counterfeited; with the intent to defraud the issuer, National Australia Bank, knowingly and without authority, possessed a credit card purported to have been issued by National Geographic HSBC, issued to Eduardo Cruz, with the knowledge that the card has been counterfeited; knowingly possessed a fraudulent driver's license purported to have been issued by the State of Arizona, under the name of Eduardo Cruz.

Faheem R. El-Amin, 24, of 838 N. 80th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about April 1 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. El-Amin allegedly, carried on his person a .38 caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in how own abode, or fixed place of business, and the said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID card.

Michael T. Ellner, 27, of 837 Lebanon Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery on or about April 10 by Belleville police. Ellner allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Aaron Hackleman, in that he kicked Aaron Hackleman's ankle with his foot knowing Aaron Hackleman to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly spat in Aaron Hackleman's face knowing him to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly made physical contact with Jeffrey Jensen, in that he kicked Jeffrey Jensen in the face knowing Jeffrey Jensen to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Scott A. Hassebrock, 49, of 53 W. Oak St., Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of unlawful cannabis trafficking and unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis from between April 7 and April 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hassebrock allegedly, knowingly brought 2,500 or more grams of cannabis into the state of Illinois for the purpose of delivering said cannabis in Illinois and that said defendant drove a vehicle to the State of California to obtain in excess of 2,500 grams of cannabis; knowingly and unlawfully possessed with the intent to deliver more than 2,000 grams but less than 5,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Anthony J. Bucaro, 18, of 101 Southern Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, reckless discharge of a firearm and aggravated discharge of a firearm on or about April 5 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bucaro allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Norman Keller, located at 955 Keller Lane, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein; while acting in a reckless manner, discharged a firearm in the direction of the dwelling place located at 685 Prato Drive, Caseyville, a dwelling place which was occupied by one or more persons, and thereby caused a bullet or bullets to enter the interior of said dwelling place, thereby endangering the bodily safety of one or more persons; knowingly discharged a firearm at/into a building he reasonably should have known to be occupied and the firearm was discharged from a place or a position outside the building.

Clifton Robbins, 22, of 1606 Thunderbird Lane, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and robbery on or about April 9 by St. Clair County Sheriff. Robbins allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a knife, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from the person of Debra Harris, by the use of force or be threatening the imminent use of force.

Giordano R. Vann, 33, of 1-56 Roth, University City, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 10 by Brooklyn police. Vann allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Carl Murphy, 27, of 933 Marcia, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or about April 10 by Brooklyn police. Murphy allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a silver Chevrolet Malibu, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Travis Rule, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction of an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said silver Chevrolet Malibu to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and than when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs.

Patrick J. Holmes Jr., 21, of 16 Impala Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and robbery on or about April 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Holmes allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a knife, knowingly took property, being U.S. Currency, from the person of Debra Harris, by the use of force or be threatening the imminent use of force.

Dondre T. Lewis, 21, of 1408 Gross Ave., Apt. 1, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about April 9 by Brooklyn police. Lewis allegedly, carried on his person a .38 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID card.

Richard L. Russell, 40, of 605 N. Charles St., Apr. 15, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 1 by Fairview Heights police. Russell allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Joey L. Jones, 46, 2100 E. B St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated domestic battery on or about April 10 by Belleville police. Jones allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to a female with the initials A.H. and date of birth of March 4, 1982, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched her in the back of the head, in the face and in the back of the head.

David L. Calhoun, 52, of 2533 Natalie Ave., Apt. 25, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent on or about April 9 by East St. Louis police. Calhoun allegedly, made physical contact with Lavondia Benford, a family/household member in that said defendant grabbed Benford by the neck. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on July 16, 2000.

Desiree L. Spates, 20, of 2712 Ridge Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or about April 10 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Spates allegedly a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a white 2000 Mercury Gran Marquis of Riley Chevrolet, knowing it to have been stolen.

FRIDAY, APRIL 11

Stacey M. Robinson, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice and warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Quentin L. Hughes, 19, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice and warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Cory M. Hays, 23, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of burglary by St. Clair County sheriff.

Savalas E. Dale, 38, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Treyah N. Thomspon, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brandon L. Krueger, 21, of Millstadt, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Fred L. Pasley, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Cedric T. King, 36, of East ST. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Laverne Nicholson, 54, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by East St. Louis police.

Antonio D. Williams, 40, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Kalvin C. Thomas, 39, of Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Joseph L. Griggs, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by East St. Louis police.

Rafel L. Jones, 50, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Lashay N. Wallis, 28, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of parole violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Gregory T. Edwards, 46, of Godfrey multiple warrant arrest by Washington Park police.

Taylor E. Collins, 39, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice and warrant arrest by Mascoutah police.

Joey L. Jones, 46, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery by Belleville police.

Mark A. Walton, 29, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Juan J. Tiburcio, 43, of Fayetteville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by Fayetteville police.

Corey T. Grimes, 37, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jasmine I. Thomas, 22, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Craig D. Egerson, 32, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, obstructing justice and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Maxwell A. Grant, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle and no driver's license by Fairview Heights police.

David L. Calhoun, 52, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by East St. Louis police.

Brandon K. Jones, 28, of Centreville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Max B. Weber, 26, of Cottage Hills, warrant arrest by Sauget police.

George H. Rivers, 58, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cortez L. Cannon, 37, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael G. Murdock, 47, of New Athens, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by New Athens police.

Christopher J. Collins, 20, of East Carondelet, multiple warrant arrest by Dupo police.

Jeremy M. Bridges, 28, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Thomas E. Taylor, 69, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Richard D. Simmons, 32, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Rickie S. Loving, 21, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Manuel L. Haynes, 42, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, suspended or revoked driver's license and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Justin M. Conner, 25, of Dupo, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and warrant arrest by Dupo police.

Jeremy R. Pearson, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Troy A. Schrage, 30, of Irvington, warrant arrest by Marissa police.

John F. Henrichs, 47, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joshua D. Roth, 18, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of illegal possession by a minor and illegal consumption by a minor by St. Clair County sheriff.

Derik W. Pickett, 24, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Smithton police.

Teneshia A. Foughter, 25, of Fairview Heights, multiple warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Kevin Lee, 47, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kevin Cox, 31, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Roxann P. Casey, 42, of Imperial, Mo., multiple warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Okema S. Francis, 35, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

David L. Moore, 33, of White Hall, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Antuan L. Foxworth, 42, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.
