ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, APRIL 15

Shannon L. Moore, 23, of 207 Willow, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 24, 2013 by Fairmont City police. Moore allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Chas A. Wallace, 24, of 4053 Mississippi Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 23, 2012 by Cahokia police. Wallace allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being iPad power adapters and iPad camera connection kits, total retail value not in excess $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on April 7, 2010.

Taneki M. Marshall, 27, of 57 Jarvis Place, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about March 29 by Cahokia police. Marshall allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being a shirt and pair of pants, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on Dec. 14, 2007.

Laquita N. Cureton, 29, of 2562 Forest Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about April 11, 2012 by Cahokia police. Cureton allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being a glove and locks, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on Jan. 19, 2005.

Ceontae D. Matthews, 21, of 1102 N. Smiley St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about May 23, 2012 by Cahokia police. Matthews allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being two Uniden Security Systems, total retail value in excess of $300.

Corey A. Alberson, 32, of 512 Green Haven Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Jan. 24, 2013 by Illinois State Police. Alberson allegedly, in committing a battery and while standing on a public way, the shoulder of the road on North 9th Street, East St. Louis, the defendant made physical contact with Anthony Campbell in that the defendant pulled down the pants of Anthony Campbell without his consent exposing his buttocks and visually examined with a flashlight the naked buttocks while holding his pants down.

Kenneth L. Fults III, 34, of 1601 Eiler Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence on or about March 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Fults allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; drove a white 2005 Cadillac Escalade on Camp Jackson Road in Cahokia, while there was an amount of a drug substance or compound in his breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of methamphetamine.

Wednesday, April 16

Thomas W. Lunceford Jr., 46, of 2900 Sand Road, Lot 138, Edwardsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, burglary and resisting a police officer on or about April 14 by Shiloh police. Lunceford allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a gray 2002 Chevy Silverado, of Joe Pence, knowing it to have been stolen; knowingly entered into a motor vehicle, a 2004 Infinity FX35, of Samantha Carter, located at 1029 Lincoln Highway, Fairview, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly resisted the performance of Kyle Bade and Jesse Phillips of an authorized act within their official capacity being the arrest of Thomas Lunceford, knowing Kyle Bade and Jesse Phillips to be police officers engaged in the execution of their official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed.

Joyce Y. Graham, 29, of 2218 Martin Luther King Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance on or about April 16 by Fairview Heights police. Graham allegedly, carried in a vehicle a Ruger handgun, and said defendant had not been issued a valid FOID Card; knowingly had in her possession a substance containing morphine.

Christopher Wilson, 36, of 6 Wheelwright Court, Manchester, Mo., arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a look-a-like substance on or about Feb. 19 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Wilson allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing hydrocodone; knowingly had in his possession a look-a-like substance.

Dale E. Sauls, 53, of 13 Kingsbury Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of violation or order of protection, subsequent and violation of order of protection on or about April 13 by Belleville police. Sauls allegedly, having been served with the contents of an order of protection issued on March 31, by the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant made a telephone call to Karla Sauls, a protected party; having been served with the contents of an order of protection, by the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant made a telephone call to Karla Sauls, a protected party. The defendant had been previously convicted of Violation of an Order of Protection on Feb. 3, 2012.

Deanthony D. Dillard, 23, of 733 N. 22nd St., A, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a place of worship and unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a place of religious worship on or about April 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Dillard allegedly, while within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, being Bethel United Church of Christ, located at 2200 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, knowingly delivered to confidential source less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine; while within 1,000 feet of a place of religious worship, being Bethel United Church of Christ, located at 2200 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, knowingly possessed with the intent to deliver, less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.

THURSDAY, APRIL 17

Montenez K. Gardner, 31, of 1412 Bond Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated domestic battery, six counts of aggravated battery and aggravated assault on or about March 27 by East St. Louis police. Gardner allegedly, punched a female with the Initials K.Y., date of birth 5/15,1991, in the head multiple times and rammed her head against a wall multiple times causing blunt head trauma; struck her with a chair in the left chest causing injuries to her left ribs, including a probable rib fracture; placed his hands around her neck and applied pressure, impeding the normal breathing or circulation of blood flow; punched her in the head multiple times; rammed her head into a wall multiple times; struck her with a chair in the left chest; a pregnant person, grabbed and pulled her by the hair; a pregnant person, choked her; a pregnant person, pushed her; held a gun to her head thereby place her in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.

Kenneth L. Fults III, 34, of 1601 Eiler Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine on or about April 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Fults allegedly, had in his possession more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Angela M. Absher-Hooten, 39, of 7461 Bottoms Spur Road, New Athens, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine on or about April 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Absher-Hooten allegedly, had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Corey A. Word, 36, of 4001 Autumn Oak Drive, Smithton, arrested on suspicion of theft of government property on or about April 15 by Fayetteville police. Word allegedly, obtained control over government property, being metal culverts belonging to the Village of Fayetteville, said property having a value not in excess of $500.

Michelle J. Webb, 37, of 107 E. Caroline St., Rear A, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a debit/credit card on or about Feb. 11 by Swansea police. Webb allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Regions Bank, used a debit care, without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining U.S. currency, total value not in excess of $300.

Teran D. Jeffries, 26, of 724 N. 88th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on or about Oct. 13, 2013 by East St. Louis police. Jeffries allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, cigarettes and a cell phone, from the person of James O'Neal Jr., by the use of force, or by threatening the imminent use of force.

FRIDAY, APRIL 11

Stacey M. Robinson, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice and warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Quentin L. Hughes, 19, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice and warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Cory M. Hays, 23, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of burglary by St. Clair County sheriff.

Savalas E. Dale, 38, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Treyah N. Thompson, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brandon L. Krueger, 21, of Millstadt, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Fred L. Pasley, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Cedric T. King, 36, of East ST. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
