The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, APRIL 25

Lonnie Hodges, 29, of 2500 Caseyville Ave., Apt. 4, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about April 10 by Belleville police. Hodges allegedly, took merchandise from Wal-Mary, being a Sony sound bar speaker box, total retail value not in excess of $300.

Brittany M. Hitch, 25, of 5 Thilman Court, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a credit card on or about Jan. 15, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Hitch allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Motor Mart, used a credit card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being gasoline, total value not in excess of $300.

Steven Burns, 25, of 4609 Lexington, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about April 17, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Burns allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being t-shirts, a dress, jeans and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Veronica L. Strong, 21, of 4049 W. Pine St., 104, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about April 17, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Strong allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being t-shirts, a dress, jeand and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Daniel J. Heidelberg, 29, of 311 Big Arch Road, Godfrey, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about Aug. 17, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Heidelberg allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to US Bank, located at 6701 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, said document a check of Taylor Glen II and Lonetta Wilts drawn on the Vantage Credit Union of St. Louis, dated Aug. 17, 2012, payable to Daniel Heidelberg in the amount of $150, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Frederick H. Williams, 47, of 331 Johnson Lane, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about April 20 by St. Clair County sheriff. Williams allegedly entered into the dwelling place of McBride and Sons, located at 3048 Harvest Meadow Drive, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Louis W. Tripp, 36, of 700 Southview Plaza 4, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, criminal dame to government supported property and resisting a peace officer on or about April 24 by O'Fallon police. Tripp allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Det. Kathy Effan of the O'Fallon Police Department, in that he grabbed Det. Effan knowing her to be a police officer and attempted to pull her into a jail cell while Det. Effan was engaged in the performance of her official duties; knowing damaged, without consent of the City of O'Fallon, being glass in a jail cell door, located at the O'Fallon Police Department, 255 S. Lincoln, O'Fallon, which property is supported by City of O'Fallon with Illinois funds of the City of O'Fallon, said damage being not in excess of $500; knowingly resisted the performance of Officer Brian Gimpel of the O'Fallon Police Department of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Louis W. Tripp, knowing Officer Brian Gimpel to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties in that he struggled with Officer Gimpel and attempted to bite Officer Gimpel, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of injury to Officer Brian Gimpel.

Cameron M. Meeks, 24, of 3823 Monroe Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about April 24 by East St. Louis police. Meeks allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on or about his person a blue steel Ricahrd Arm Long .22 caliber revolver handgun; knowingly possessed on or about his person a blue steel 12-gauge model 870 REmington sawed-off shotgun. Defendant has been previously convicted of Criminal Trespass to Residence on Nov. 16, 2012.

FRIDAY, APRIL 25

Troy T. Johnson, 28, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle with suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Elsayed I. Hassan, 24, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Daniel L. Hagen, 23, of Marissa, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by Marissa police.

Dylan S. Kempf, 22 of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance andprobation violation by Marissa police.

Scott D. Gard, 41, of Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence by Millstadt police.

Maurice M. Johnson, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Crystalf E. Zumwalt, 40, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Cortez D. McClinton, 33, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Daniel F. Smith, 28, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Travis L. Dallas, 34, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lonnie Hodges, 29, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Willie J. Brown, 40, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300, theft of $300 and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Donavon D. Brady, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer and warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Tyrone L. Hamilton, 26, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Gary L. Pool, 52, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Belleville police.

Michael W. Johnson, 35, of East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of aggravated crimianls exual abuse and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Javaris D. Hoskins, 20, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Keithen M. Rodger, 19, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Mondray J. Crume, 36, of Caseyville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Stanley L. Porter, 27, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Randall A. Thomas, 34, of Louisiana, Mo., multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.

SATURDAY, APRIL 26

Gladys L. McGee, 38, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by Swansea police.

John W. Watson, 34, of Collinsville, probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lanesha A. Johnson, 21, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Keith A. Baker, 44, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Illinois State Police.

Tyler A. Parks, 30, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Eric B. Owens, 46, of Lovejoy, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 by Brooklyn police.

Charles J. Rice, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery by Fairview Heights police.

Cameron M. Meeks, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unalwful use of a weapon, probation violation and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jeremy M. Reed, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, two traffic violations and warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Demond W. Shaw, 33, of Collinsville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Julie A. Harbert, 34, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment by Cahokia police.

Christina B. Haas, 42, of Dupo, warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Alyssia S. Steele, 19, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of forgery by St. Clair County sheriff.

William L. Rainbolt, 60 of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael D. Wicker, 42, of Fenton, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joyce A. Harden, 54, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating vehicle with suspened or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by Caseyville police.

Crystal N. Williams, 28, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

FEDERAL COURT

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23

Derek M. McCaster, 46, of East St. Louis, pled guilty to failing to register as a sex offender.
