The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

TUESDAY, APRIL 29

Christopher E. Summers, 35, of 7008 Northern, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint and domestic battery on or aobut April 24 by Belleville police. Summers allegedly, detained Linda Summers in that he forced her into a motor vehicle and thereafter prevented Linda Summers from exiting the motor vehicle; grabbed Linda Summers around the neck with his arm. Defendant had been previously convicted to Aggravated Battery on May 13, 2010 in Williamson County.

Jason M. Cowley, 37, of 87 Spring Glen, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of first degree murder on or about Nov. 16, 2008 by Illinois State Police. Cowley allegedly, without lawful justification and with the intent to kill Eric Mollet, shot Eric Mollet in the head with a gun, thereby causing the death of Eric Mollet.

Christopher A. Fuller, 45, of 453 Mississippi Ave. #55, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of violate sex offender registration on or about Nov. 27 by Cahokia police. Fuller allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address, in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of Cahokia, within 3 days of change of his residence address.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30

Tracy A. Borkowski, 50, of 712 Leslie Drive, Marissa, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about April 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Borkowski allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to Chris Allen, an Assistant State's Attorney for St. Clair County, located at 10 Public Square, Belleville, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, a representative of Esurance Insurance Service, Inc., said document being an Illinois Insurance ID Card, effective dae Feb. 13, 2013, and Expiration date Aug. 13, 2013, on a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, wiith the insured name and address as Tracy borkowki, 712 Leslie Drive, Marissa, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Maurice Wells, 39, of 743 N. 56th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 16, 2012 by Illinois State Police. Wells allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Demetrius D. Stewart, 21, of 1927 61st St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of felon possession of a firearm on or about March 11, 2012 by Illinois State Police. Stewart allegedly, who has been conicted of a felony, knowingly possessed a handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of Residential Burglary on Dec. 5, 2011.

Benjamin M. Jones, 32, of 205 Elm St., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Feb. 1 by Caseyville police. Jones allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Kale Pirtle, in that he resisted being handcuffed and refused to get into a patrol car, struggling with Kale Pirtle so that he sustained a cut to her finger, knowing Kale Pirtle to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Brandon J. Brady, 26, of 6015 Keebler Oak Drive, Maryville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving on suspended license on or about Aug. 27, 2013 by Caseyville police. Brady allegedly, drove a black Pontiac Sunfire on Illinois Route 157 in Caseyville, while there was an amount of drug, substance or compound in his breath, blood or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of heroin and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended; knowingly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; drove a black Pontiac Sunfire on Illinois Route 157 in Caseyville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended.

Timothy Cook Sr., 49, of 133 N. 4th St., Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent and obstructing identification on or about April 29 by Fairview Heights police. Cook allegedly, drove a white 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Lincoln Trail in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked; knowingly furnished a false date of birth to Brandon Strickland, a peace officer, who has lawfully detained said defendant. Defendant had been previoulsy convicted of Driving While License is Suspended on May 13, 2011.

Terrence E. Johnson, 28, of 1328 N. 44th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about April 29 by East St. Louis police. Johnson allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed in a motor vehicle a .32 caliber handgun. Defendant had been previously conficted of Unlawful Possession of Contraband in a Penal Institution, a felony, for which the said defendant is still on probation for on Aug. 15, 2012.

SATURDAY, APRIL 26

Charles J. Rice, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery by Fairview Heights police.

Cameron M. Meeks, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unalwful use of a weapon, probation violation and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jeremy M. Reed, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, two traffic violations and warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Demond W. Shaw, 33, of Collinsville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Julie A. Harbert, 34, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment by Cahokia police.

Christina B. Haas, 42, of Dupo, warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Alyssia S. Steele, 19, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of forgery by St. Clair County sheriff.

William L. Rainbolt, 60 of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael D. Wicker, 42, of Fenton, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joyce A. Harden, 54, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating vehicle with suspened or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by Caseyville police.

Crystal N. Williams, 28, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

SUNDAY, APRIL 27

Joshua A. Brown, 22, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by Illinois State Police.

Joseph N. English, 61, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Niesha Jackson, 32, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Steven M. Foster, 35, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Darrel T. Simme, 26, of Swansea, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Governor V. Quinn, 34, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to alnd and probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Deshon Browning, 37, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land and resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by East St. Louis police.

Brandon Ellembrock, 19, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Derek J. Gardner Jr., 27, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Ronald A. Pauly, 24, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude the police and parole violation by Fairview Heights police.

Ramonte K. Gibbs, 23, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tony E. Harris Jr., 32, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual assault by O'Fallon police.

Jamaica N. Holloway, 33, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by O'Fallon.

Derek A. Dillon, 28, of Columbia, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment, obstructing justice, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Raphael L. Harris, 21 of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer, traffic violation and warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Anthony M. Luster, 58, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and probation violation by Cahokia police.

Ronald B. Hawkey, 27, of Troy, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and traffic violation by Freeburg police.

Paul J. Jones, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Orlandus Searcy, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by East St. Louis police.

Andre C. Johnson, 50, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by Cahokia police.

Alyson T. Valci, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer by Fairview Heights police.

Leon White Jr., 24, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Alorton police.
