1968 Masters champ Bob Goalby helps reopen St. Clair Country Club after a $1.6 million renovation. The first tournament of the season teed off Saturday. Golfers will notice new landscaping at the century-old, 18-hole west Belleville course that includes new greens, fairways, sand traps and sprinkler system.
