Stacy Richardson has been promoted and named vice president of finance at the News-Democrat. Richardson will be measuring and managing revenue and expenses, as well as much of the reporting and analysis conducted in the newspaper's Audience Department.

Don Bradley has been promoted to production director at the News-Democrat. Bradley will supervise the newspaper's production plant at 11 Premier Drive in Belleville.

Fairview Heights resident Brian Thouvenot has been named news director at KMOV TV in St. Louis. The O'Fallon native joined the station in May 2008 and has served as executive producer, assistant news director and acting news director.

Mary Ann Jobe has been named the 2014 Carolyn Chapman Distinguished Service Award by the Dr. Willard C. Scrivner Public Health Foundation. Jobe has been selected for her contributions to public health through teaching and volunteering. She is a long-time volunteer and member of the board of directors for Call for Help Inc., an East St. Louis-based organization that assists people in overcoming homelessness, sexual assault, poverty and other crises.

Deli Star Corp. Chairman Dan Siegel and President Justin Siegel have been named finalists for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2014 Award in the Central Midwest. The award recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success. The winners will be announced in June. Deli Star is a meat manufacturing company in Fayetteville that was founded in 1987.
