ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, MAY 2

Raymond R. Canty III, 23, of 520 Jerome Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis on or about Nov. 8, 2013 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Canby allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 2,000 but less than 5,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis; had in his possession more than 2,000 but less than 5,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Rodriquez T. Harris, 20, of 5736 Hallows Ave., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon on or about April 29 by East St. Louis police. Harris allegedly, carried a concealed on his person a 9mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business and the defendant was in public housing being the Orr Weather Housing Complex located at 1400 Missouri Ave., Unit D1, East St. Louis.

Thomas A. Dalechek, 58, of 932 Windy Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of criminal disposal of hazardous waste, assault and disorderly conduct on or about April 30 by Fairview Heights police. Dalechek allegedly, disposed of hazardous waste in that he dumped gasoline into the land located at 932 Windy Lane, Fairview Heights, so that such hazardous water or any constituent thereof may enter the environment or be emitted into the air or discharged into any waters, including ground water; knowingly stated, "If I'm going down, you're going down too," and poured gasoline onto the ground around the residence of Julie Dalechek, thereby placing Julie Dalechek in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery; knowingly poured gasoline around the resident of Julie Dalecheck, located at 932 Windy Lane, Fairview Heights, in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb Julie Dalechek and provoke a breach of the peace.

Andrew W. Jones, 19, of 128 Parr Ave., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of burglary, attempted burglary, retail theft and unlawful possession of cannabis on or about April 30 by Fairview Heights police. Jones allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a maroon 2012 Ford Fusion, of Allen Biesemeyer, located at 10208 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, with the intent top commit theft therein; knowingly tried to enter a motor vehicle, a gray 2006 Chrysler 300, of Ashley Jackson, located at 103 Gale, Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft therein; took merchandise from Circle K, located at 10070 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, being one bottle of vodka, total retail value not in excess of $300; knowingly and unlawfully had in his possession less than 2.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Isaiah J. Willis, 18, of 1907 Weiman Ave., Apt. D, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about April 30 by East St. Lous police. Willia allegedly, in committing a battery, caused bodily harm to Luther Woods, in that he struck Woods about the head and body with his fists knowing Woods to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Vera L. Smith-Willis, 40, of 1907 Seiman Ave., Apt. B, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about April 30 by East St. Louis police. Smith-Willia allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodilyharm to Luther Woods, in that she struck Luther Woods aoubt the head with her fists knowing Luther Woods to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Joseph C. Harris, 21, of 1716 5th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of escape and theft on or about March 10 by Miscellaneous agencies. Harris allegedly, charged witht he felony offense of armed robbery and who was conditionally released from the St. Clair County Jail, the supervising authority, through an electronic home monitoring detention program with the St. Clair County Probation Department, knowingly violated a condition of that program in that said defendant, without permission, left his residence and his whereabouts are unknown; took property from Sentinel Home Monitoring, being a Patrol Suite Transmitter, total value not in excess of $500.

Pete Richardson III, 27, of 1520 Methodist St., Carlyle, arrested on suspicion of two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault between Feb. 1, 2011 and May 31, 2011 and aggravated criminal sexual abuse between Jan. 1, 2011 and April 30, 2011 by Mascoutah police. Richardson allegedly, committed predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse with a female minor with the initials F.M., date of birth Jan. 28, 2000, who was under 13 years of age.

Elysecia L. Temple, 26, of 614 Ganim, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on a revoked driver's license on or about May 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Temple allegedly, drove a white 2005 Honda Sonata on Ganim Drive in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during aperiod in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.
