Toddler found after being lost 16 hours

A three-year old girl who was missing for about 16 hours since Monday afternoon was found safe at about 8:40 a.m. Tuesday at the Foot Locker store in East St. Louis. The child was in good condition, according to Illinois State Police Lt. Jim Morrissey. His agency was asked to help East St. Louis Police search for the child.
