ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, MAY 5

Kimberly M. McMath, 31, of 1641 Cleveland, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm without requisite firearm owner's ID card on or about May 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. McMath allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; possessed a firearm, a .25 caliber handgun, within this state, without have possession of a FOID Card.

Allen L. Goodwin Jr., 27, of 233 Adam Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis, subsequent on or about May 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Goodwin allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis. Defendant had been previously convicted of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis on July 5, 2012.

Jennifer A. Keller, 33, of 648 Locust St., Mill Shoals, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials on or about May 2 by St. Clari County sheriff. Keller allegedly had in her possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being lithium batteries, ammonium nitrate, and tubing, with the intent to be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Travis Maxfield, 27, of 24 E. 1200 Ave., Altamont, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials on or about May 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Maxfield allegedly, had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being lithium batteries, ammonium nitrate and tubing, with the intent to be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Kristie Suddeth, 20, of 2217 Terminal Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 2 by Fairview Heights police. Suddeth allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Michael J. Ross, 20, of 1411 N. 53rd St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of possession of an amount of a controlled substance on or about May 2 by Fairview Heights. Ross allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Ronald Neal Jr., 31, of 107 Jerome Lane, Apt. 5, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing the police on or about May 3 by Belleville police. Neal allegedly, while operating a 1995 Maroon Chevrolet Caprice Classic, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Armand Harris, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing Ronald Neal Jr. to bring said 1995 Maroon Chevrolet Caprice Classic to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit.

Kayla Howell, 22, of 309 Art St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, domestic battery and battery on or about May 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Howell allegedly, committed an act of sexual abuse with a male minor, initials J.L., date of birth Jan. 26, 2000; knowingly made physical contact with Jenny Patton, a family/household member, in that the defendant struck her in the fact with her fist; knowingly made physical contact with Letitia Wright, in that the defendant struck her in the chest with her fist.

Matthew Fuller, 51, of 5329 Church Road, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of theft and criminal damage to property, subsequent on or about May 3 by Alton and Southern Railroad. Fuller allegedly, took property of the Alton and Southern Railway, being copper wire, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicgted of Retail Theft on July 23, 1999; knowingly damaged property of the Alton and Southern Railway, copper wire spools located at South 39th Street and Tudor Avenue, Centreville, without consent, said damage in excess of $300.

Robert S. Ficklin, 26, of 219 W. Broadway, Columbia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 29 by Fairview Heights police. Ficklin allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing methadone and alprazolam.

Kevin M. Austin, 47, of 2 Hilltop View, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstructing identification on or abour May 3 by Fairview Heights police. Austin allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; furnished a false name to Tony Flinn, a police officer, who has lawfully detained said defendant.

Anthony Rogers, 27, of 2213 Keokuk, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer on or about May 4 by Brooklyn police. Rogers allegedly, while operating a gray 2001 Ford Mustang was given a visual signal by a police officer, Officer Rule, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said gray 2001 Ford Mustang to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed of 21 mph over the legal speed limit.

Corey L. Hoffman, 39, of 3632 McCasland Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of harassment of a witness, two counts of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to residence on or about May 2 by Alorton police. Hoffman allegedly, with the intent to harass or annoy Stella Williams, a person who may be expected to serve as a witness in a pending legal proceeding, because of the potential testimony of Stella Williams, damaged a vehicle belonging to Stella Williams; knowingly damaged property of Stella Williams, a Chevrolet Cavalier, located at 3753 Converse Avenue, Alorton, said damage being in excess of $300, but less than $10,000; knowingly damaged property of Lovie Willis, the windows of the residence located at 3753 Converse Avenue, Alorton, said damage being in excess of $300, but less than $10,000; knowingly entered the residence of Stella Williams, located at 3753 Converse Avenue, Alorton, at a time when he knew or had reason to know that one or more persons was present.

Terrell T. Crymes, 25, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Eric W. Midgett, 37, of Swansea, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tia D. Smith, 28, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of battery, possession of cannabis, resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Corey L. Hoffman, 39, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to land by Alorton police.

Jeremy L. Harris, 24, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bobby J. Hunt, 49, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault by East St. Louis police.

Keith D. Banks, 20, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Randy J. Keys, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of prostitution by Cahokia police.

Gregory E. McNair, 57, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and all other disorderly conduct by Centreville police.

Dwayne Henry, 50, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by Centreville police.
