Belle Valley holds public information hostage

May 15, 2014

The Belle Valley School Board has been in continuous violation of state regulations for more than six years by refusing to comply with the statutes and release releasable information from executive sessions. They know to do so would expose board members who have engaged in fraud and other corrupt and inappropriate activities.

Unfortunately school Superintendent Louis Obernuefemann is either too lazy, incompetent or beholding to board members to insist on compliance. In fact, he has been a big part of the problem.

The best thing that could happen to Belle Valley would be for Obernuefemann to retire and for board President Karen Kunz and Vice President Teresa Collins to resign.
