Rain finally exits, but when will it warm up?

A 20 percent chance of showers is in the forecast for Friday with a high temperature of 61 expected for the metro-east.

The most likely rain chance will come after noon, according to the National Weather Service. Otherwise, skies are expected to be partly sunny.

The overnight low will drop to 38 under partly cloudy skies.

On Saturday sunny skies are expected with a high of 62 and a low of 42.

A warming trend will kick in Sunday with a high of 69 under sunny skies and a low of 48. The high will be 72 Monday and 81 Tuesday.
