Warm temps on tap for Tuesday; storms later in the week

Tuesday's forecast calls for sunny skies and a high temperature of 87.

It will be breezy throughout the day with wind gusts up to 25 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Overnight the low will be 67 under mostly clear skies.

On Wednesday the high will be 88 with a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms. The best chance of rain will come after 1 p.m. with mostly sunny skies the rest of the day. There is a slight chance of severe storms with high winds and hail.

The chance of rain increases to 40 percent Wednesday night with a low temperature of 65.

A 30 percent chance of thunderstorms is in the forecast for Thursday when the high will be 81.
