Thunderstorms are again in the forecast for the metro-east Wednesday with a 50 percent chance of rough weather during the daytime hours.
Clouds and the highest potential for storms will come after 1 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. The high temperature is expected to reach 85 degrees.
The chance of thunderstorms increases to 60 percent Wednesday evening with the best chance of rain coming before 7 p.m.
There is a 40 percent chance of thunderstorms in the forecast for Thursday. Otherwise, skies will be partly cloudy with a high of 84.
The chance of storms will drop to 20 percent Thursday night.
On Friday the high will be 85 with a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms.
