ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, MAY 22

Kathy J. Rosen, 57, of 8813 Bermuda, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of financial exploitation of an elderly person from between May 2, 2010 and May 8, 2012 by Caseyville police. Rosen allegedly, stood in a position of trust or confidence with ruth Barfield, an elderly person 70 years of age or older, and Donald Barfield, an elderly person 60 years of age or older, and knowingly illegally used assets or resources of Donald and Ruth Barfield in excess of $50,000 for her own personal gain.

Teddy R. Lang, 42, of 1312 West Main, 1, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about May 21 by Fairview Heights police. Lang allegedly, drove a green 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix on Arbor Meadows Court in Fairview Heights, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on July 20, 2009.

FRIDAY, MAY 23

Stephen L. Harrison, 22, of 9412 W Main St., 6, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of home invasion, two counts of armed robbery with no firearm, two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and residential burgalry on or about May 20 by Belleville police. Harrison allegedly, entered and/or remained with the dwelling place of Tyler Morton and/or Michael Koch, located at 505 S. Charles St., Belleville, knowing one or more persons were present within said dwelling place, and intentionally caused injury to Michael Koch, within said dwelling place; and while armed with a firearm, used force or threatened the imminent use of force upon persons within said dwelling place; while armed with a dangerous weapon, a blunt-like or bludgeon like item, knowingly and without authority took property, being a Galaxy S5 cellular phone, from the person or presence of Michael Koch, by the use of force or be threatening the imminent use of force; took property, being one iPod Touch electornic device from the person or presence of Tyler Morton, by the use of force of by threatening the imminent use of force; while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly and without authority took property, being a Galaxy S4 cell phone from the person or presence of Michael Koch by the use of force or by threatening the imminent use of force; took property, being one iPod Touch electornic device, from the person or presence of Tyler Morton, by the use of force or be threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly and without authority entered the dwelling place of Tyler Morton and/or Michael Koch, with the intent to commit the offense of theft therein.

Payton Phillips, 15, of 103 Marlow Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of two counts of home invasion, two counts of armed robbery with no firearm, two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and residential burglary on or about May 20 by Belleville police. Phillips allegedly, entered and/or remained with the dwelling place of Tyler Morton and/or Michael Koch, located at 505 S. Charles St., Belleville, knowing one or more persons were within said dwelling place, and intentionally caused injury to a person or persons withing said dwelling place; while armed with a firearm, used force or threatened the imminent use of force upon a person or persons withing said dwelling place; while armed with a danerous weapon, a blunt-like or bludgeon-like object, knowingly and without authority, took property, being one Samsung S4 cell phone from the person or presence of Michael Koch, by the use of force or the threat of the imminent use of force; took property, being one iPod Touch electronic device, from the person or presence of Tyler Morton, by the use of force or the threat of the imminent use of force; while armed with a firearm, knowingly took property, being one Galaxy S4 cell phone from the person or presence of Michael Koch, by the use of force or the threat of the use of force; took property, being one iPod Touch electronic device, from the person or presence of Tyler Morton, by the use of force by the threat of the imminent use of force; knowingly entered the dwelling place of Tyler Morton and/or Michael Koch, located at 505 S. Charles St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Justin J. Burks, 19, of 901 Mayfair Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, three counts of domestic battery on or about May 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Burks allegedly, made physical contact with Amanda Winston, a person over the age of 60, in that he pushed her; knowingly made contct with Theresa Boyd, a family/household member, in that defendant pushed her; put his hands around her neck; made physical contact with Kennedy Brooks-Boyd, a family/household member, in that he pushed Brooks-Boyd.

Shawn J. Lake, 35, of 615 State St., East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful use of debit card on or about March 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lake allegedly, with intent to defraud the issuer, Wood Forest National Bank, used a Wood Forest National Bank debit card, without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods in the amount of $8.69, total value not in excess of $300; obtained goods, being cigarettes in the amount of $69.08, total value not in excess of $300.

Minyon McClure Jr., 30, of 6004 Church Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about May 21 by Cahokia police. McClure allegedly, took property of Minyon McClure, Sr., being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500.

Racierra S. Collier, 23, of 50 St. Ambrose Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, theft and endangering the health of a child on or about May 22 by Fairview Heights police. Collier allegedly, in committing a battery, caused bodily harm to Laura Isaiah, a merchant who had detained the defendant for an alleged commission of reatil theft, in that she bit and scratched Laura Isaiah; knowingly took possession of merchandise from Macy's, 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, beign shirts, total retail value not in excess of $300; willfully caused the health of a male minor, date of birth May 26, 2013, a child under the age of 18 years, to be endangered in that said defendant knowingly resisted the performance of Laura Isaiah, a Loss Prevention Employee at Macy's of an authorized act within her official capacity, being the detention of Racierra Collier, in that she fought with Laura Isaiah, biting and scratching Laura Isaiah while holding the minor child in her arms.

Carey C. Enlow, 49, of 3712 Round Hill Road, 3, Swasnea, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about May 17 by Belleville police. Enlow allegedly, entered int a motor vehicle, a tan 1999 Chevrolet truck, of Melissa Shannon, located at 11 Premier Drive, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Terrence L. Jones, 21, of 2314 Frank Scott Parkway, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of deface firearm ID markings, aggravated assault and firearm without valid FOID card by Belleville police. Jones allegedly, possessed a firearm, a .45 caliber pistol, upon which the manufacturer's serial number had been removed or obliterated; knowingly pointed a pistol at Keith Elland, thereby placing Keith Elland in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery; knowingly possessed a firearm, a pistok, without having in his possession a FOID Card previously issued in his name by the Department of State Police under the provisions of the Firearm Oaner's ID Card Act.

John W. Dace III, 46, of 8709 Village Place, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 22 by Belleville police. Dace allegedly, took merchandise from K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza Drive, Belleville, being 2 watches, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on July 20, 2004.
