Rescue workers found a missing Breese boy in some bushes after searching about two hours Monday night.

The 9-year-old boy was found unharmed about 10:30 p.m., a few blocks from his home.

Breese Police Chief Bob Fix said the boy apparently suffered some type of medical problem, and may have become scared.

The boy's family contacted police after exhausting other efforts to find him. They had last seen him about 6 p.m. Monday.

Breese Fire Chief Bob Wuest said there were roughly 100 searchers. His firefighters were assisted by firefighters from Aviston, Germantown and Beckemeyer, as well as members of the Clinton County Emergency Management Agency.
