ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4

Kimberly A. Micheletto, 46, of 13341 Fawn Creek Road, Highland, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about May 23 by Fairview Heights police. Micheletto allegedly, took merchandise from Macy's, 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being shorts, t-shirts, dress, other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Patrice L. Wilson, 23, of 1024 Brookshire, 13, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about Oct. 18, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Wilson allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to Raqqa Food Mart, a retail establishment, located at 10616 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, a doucment apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Belleville Shoe Manufacturing, a check, drawn on the Bank of America, dated Oct. 18, 2012, payable to patrice Wilson in the amount of $511.07, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Regina A. Winston, 56, of 1301 Oriole St., Venice, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or abour June 26 by Fairview Heights police. Winston allegedly, took merchandise from Old Navy, 6015 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being pairs of shorts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on June 30, 2011.

Douglas E. Proctor, 34, of 103 Hacienda Court, St. Peters, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis, aggravated driving under the influence and driving on suspeneded license on or about June 2 by Fairview Heights police. Proctor allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; drove a maroon 1998 Ford F-150 truck on Illinois Highway 159 in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving license was suspended.

Alissa A. Jackson, 31, of 1701 Mascoutah Ave., Lot 26, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of theft from between Jan. 1 and March 10 by Belleville police. Jackson allegedly, kniwingly took property of Amanda Tabor, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500 without reimbursement, purchased and sold T-shirts for the financial benefit of the said defendant and her organization, being Alissa's Army, after the defendant represented to Amanda Tabor that she had been diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer and was going to die; knowingly took property of Pizza Hut, being U.S. currency, having total value in excess of $500 without reimbursement, participated in a fundraiser for the financial benefit of the said defendant and her organization, being Alissa's Army, by donating 20 percent of the day's sales from Pizza Hut restaurants in the area of Belleville, after representation by the said defendant that she had been diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer.

Daniel Schomber, 64, of 3205 Stiehl Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about June 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Schomber allegedly, made physical contact withs Linda K. Schomber, a family/household member, in that said defendent punched Linda K. Schomber in the back and arm with his fist. Defendant had been previously convicted of Comestic Battery on Dec. 18, 2009.

Andre C. Williams, 32, of 221 Orleans, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about June 3 by Fairview Heights police. Williams allegedly, caused bodily harm to Babylyn Williams, in that said defendant struck her in the head with a racket, knowing Babylyn Williams to be a pregnant person. Williams had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery o Aug. 1, 2013.

Shyunna M. Cherry, 22, of 707 N. 38th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft from between Sept. 24, 2012 and Oct. 26, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Cherry allegedly, took property from Sears, 235 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500.

Danielle M. Abrams, 28, of 221 Bergman, D, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Oct. 26, 2013 by Fairview Heights police. Abrams allegedly, took property from Macy's, 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being jeans, a skirt and shirts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft on Dec. 19, 2011.

Jeremy D. Bender, 31, of 55 Mary Jo Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of theft from between Dec. 22, 2012 and Dec. 29, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Bender allegedly, took property from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500, said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Michael W. Douglas Jr., 23, of 8049 Brookfield Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is suspended by Fairview Heights police. Douglas allegedly, drove a gold 2003 Saturn on Illinois Highway 159 in Fairview Heights, while there was an amount of a drug, substance or compound in his breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of cannabis and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended for a violation; who had been issued a Monitoring Device Driving Permit, drove a gold 2003 Saturn on Illinois Highway 159 in Fairview Heights, which was not equipped with an ignition interlock device at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended.

Darren D. Nelson, 20, of 720 N. Charles St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a credit card on or about July 2, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Nelson allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Bank of America, used a Bank of America credit card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being shoes from Champs Sports, having a total value of not in excess of $300.
