ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

tuesday, june 10

Michael R. Sinks, 29, of 520 N. Wood River Ave., Wood River, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 6 by Fairview Heights police. Sinks allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney's, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being t-shirts, shorts and sunglasses, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendent had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on March 15, 2012.

Theresa M. Schaefer, 27, of 11329 Randolph County Line, Marissa, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 6 by Swansea police. Schaefer allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Christopher E. Ward Jr., 22, of 3903 Memorial Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about June 6 by Belleville police. Ward allegedly, took property from Khari Sharp, being a DVD player, total value not in excess of $500. Defendent had been previously convicted of Retail Theft, Subsequent on Oct. 13, 2009.

Demetres R. Graves, 32, of 31 N. Loisel Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary and possession of a stolen firearm on or about June 6 by Belleville police. Graves allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Timothy Jackson, located at 31 Lousel Drive, East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly possessed a firearm, a Lorcin L9 9mm pistol, with knowledge that it had been stolen and without being entitled to possess that firearm.

Bridget Woodard, 27, of 1303 Perkins St., Scott City, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about June 7 by Washington Park police. Woodard allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with James Boyd in that she spat on Boyd knowing Boyd to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Christopher D. Cooper, 25, of 4410 Sexsver of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and aggravated fleeing of the police on or about June 7 by Brooklyn police. Cooper allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person a Smith and Wesson 9mm semi-automatic handgun; while operating a motor vehicle, a black 2006 Chevrolet Impala, was given a visual signal by police officer, Officer Dean Anderson, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said silver/gray 2006 Chevrolet Impala to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit. Defendant had been previously conviced of Possession of a Controlled Substance on April 11, 2014.

Harry L. Brown II, 29, of 618 N. 85th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 7 by Brooklyn police. Brown allegedly, had in his possession less than one gram of a substance containing phencyclidine.

Joshua R. Germain, 21, of 713 Texas Ave., Lot 2, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about June 7 by Belleville police. Germaine allegedly, took property of Jim Stiebel, an air conditioing unit, total vlaue not in excess of $500. Defendant had bee previously convicted of Theft on Jan. 16, 2013.

David E. Mayo II, 25, of 1333 Natalie Ave., 2, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of home invasion and domestic battery on or about June 7 by East St. Louis police. Mayo allegedly, entered the dwelling place of Shannell Jenkins, located at 208 S. 33rd St., East St. Louis, knowing Jenkins to be present within the dwelling place and intentionally caused injury to Shanell Jenkins in that said defendant struck her in the face; knowingly caused bodily harm to Sahnell Jenkins, a family/household member, in that the defendant struck her in the face.

Lorenzo J. Wells, 26, of 1755 Ridge, A, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery on or about June 6 by East St. Louis police. Wells allegedly, made physical contact with John Wells, a family/household member, in that the defendnat struck John Wells in the head with his hand. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery on Dec. 19, 2013.

Amanda L. Klemme, 31, of 308 S. Jefferson, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or abour March 31 by O'Fallon police. Klemme allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing Alprazolam.

John D. Barr, 19, of 18 Dale Crest Manor, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a debit card on or abour Jan. 3 by Swansea police. Barr allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Collinsville Bank, used a Collinsville Bank debit card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining cash withdrawals, total value in excess of $300 in any six month period.

Cortez L. Brown, 40, of 1113 St. Bernadette, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or abour June 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Brown allegedly, had in his possession one gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; per person who had been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed in a residence a 9mm pistol. Defendant had been previously convicted of Unlawful Delivery of Cannabis on March 24, 1995 and said defendant was on mandatory supervised release from the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois.

Richard A. Molinet, 44, of 211 S. Woodcrest, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about June 7 by Belleville police. Molinet allegedly, knowingly caused bodily harm to S.M., a femal minor, date of birth, Feb. 4, 2008, in that he struck her about her head and face with his hands.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11

Timothy C. Going, 43, of 367 S. East 6th St., Fairfield, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unauthorized video taping and two counts of placing video device from between Nov. 1, 2013 and Nov. 2, 2013 by Fairview Heighs police. Going allegedly, without consent of A.M., a female minor, dae of birth May, 2, 1999 and Misty Mead, knowingly made a video record of A.M., while she was in the hotel bathroom in the Super 8 Motel located at 45 Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights; without the consent of A.M., a female minor, date of birth, May 2, 1999 and Misty Mead, knowingly placed a device that makes a video record in a hotel restroom at Super 8 Motel located at 45 Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights.

Lamonda L. Terrell, 21, of 2139 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and no valid firearm owner ID card on or about Feb. 7 by East St. Louis police. Terrell allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroine; knowingly possessed a firearm without haveing in her possession a FOID Card previously issued in her name by the Department of State Police.

Vernell R. Robinson, 44, of 5613 Westmoreland, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 7 by East St. Louis police. Robinson allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony under the law of Illinois, knowingly possessed a firearm; knowingly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin. Defendant had been previously convicted of Obstructing justice on Nov. 14, 2001.

Terry Lagrone, 52, of 4500 Caseyville Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 8 by Fairview Heights police. Lagrone allegedly, took merchandise from Auto Apa, 10518 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, being air fresheners, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previoulsy convicted of Retail Theft on Sept. 7, 2004.

Dorian L. Dale, 21, of 1101 S. 74th St., Apt. 8, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about June 7 by Fairview Heights police. Dale allegedly, took merchandise from Sears, 55 Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights, being a washer, dryer and refrigerator, total retail value in excess of $300.

Jafranta M. Yokely, 25, of 613 W. Jefferson, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and resisting a police officer on or about June 7 by Fairview Heights police. Yokely allegedly, took merchandise from Sears, 55 Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights, being a washer and dryer and refrigerator, total retail value in excess of $300; knowingly resisted the perfformance of Andrew Ward of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of jafranta Yokely, knowing Andrew Ward to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed.

Aaron J. Ogilvie, 39, of 203 E. Washington St., Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about June 9 by Millstadt police. Ogilvie allegedly, drove a silver 2000 Lincoln on North Jefferson Street in Millstadt, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.
