Illinois State Police is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect who has been charged in connection with a man's death.

The St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office charged William J. Wellmon, 36, with one count of reckless homicide and one count of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol causing death.
