A Belleville family in Hawaii on a Make A Wish trip survived a scare Tuesday when their touring helicopter suffered mechanical problems and went down in a field.

According to reports on Maui Now, two adults and four girls -- age 13, 15, 17 and 18 -- were on a tour helicopter that was forced to make a hard landing.

According to photos on the mauinow.com website, the rotor of the helicopter could barely be seen over the top of tall vegetation in the field where it landed.

The victims, who were not injured, were only identified as "the Fraser family."

According to the report, the tour company sent another helicopter to retrieve the tourists, who were able to resume their vacation.
