ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11

Michael L. Stanley, 45, of 723 St. Martin, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, and two counts of domestic battery on or about May 16 by Cahokia police. Stanley allegedly, strangled Shelly K. Lawrence, a family/household member, in that the defendant placed his hands about her neck and applied pressure, thereby impeding the normal breathing of Shelly K. Lawrence and struckher in the mouth with his hand; knowingly made physical contact with India McRath, a family/household member, in that defendant struck her ifn the arm. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic battery on Jan. 5, 2007.

Joseph E. Flanagan III, 39, of 711 St. Barbara Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, three counts of aggravated battery and four counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about June 7 by Cahokia police. Flanagan allegedly, knowingly strangled Erica L. Flanagan, a family/household member, in that the defendant placed his hand about her neck and applied pressure, thereby impeding the normal breathing or circulation of the blood; placed his hand into her throat, thereby clocking her mouth and impeding her normal breathing; used a deadly weapon, an aluminum bat, struck her in the head with said bat; struck her on the arm with the bat; struck her on the hip with the bat and on her ear. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Aug. 21, 1998.

THURSDAY, JUNE 12

Laresha M. Waller, 34, of 99 Hill St., Baldwin, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, two counts of assault on or about June 9 by Alorton police. Waller allegedly, made physical contact with Stephanie Williamson, knowing her to be an emergency medical technician engaged in the performance of her authorized duties, battered in retaliation for performing her official duties; stated to Stephanie Williamson, "bitch I am going to slap you,: thereby placing Williamson in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery; extened her hand to slap Williamson, thereby placing Williamson in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.

Richard J. Cain, 47, of 100 Rock Springs Estate, Lot 100, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, two counts of domestic battery on or about May 15 by Belleville police. Cain allegedly, strangled karen R. Brown, a family/household member, in that said defendant placed his hands around her neck and applied pressure and thereby impeded the normal breathing of Karen R. Brown; knowingly caused bodily harm to Karen R. Brown, a family/household member, in that said defendant caused Brown's head to strike the ground; and struck Brown about her body.

Darcel North, 38, of 2325 Commercial St., Murphysboro, arrested on suspicion of driving while license is revoked, subsequent offense on or about March 15 by Fairview Heights police. North allegedly, drove a silver 2003 Chrysler on St. Clair Ave., Fairview Heights, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on June 8, 2007.

Peaches L. Winston, 32, of 5712 Wilborn, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or abour June 10 by Fairview Heights police. Winston allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being shorts, swim suits, flip flops and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Derek S. Marshall, 42, of 1301 Dannehold Farms Drive, Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or abour June 10 by Freeburg police. Marhsall allegedly, drove a black 1996 Chevrolet truck on South State Street in Freeburg, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Suspended on Feb. 14, 2007.

Greeley J. Hillman, 29, of 301 N. Main St., 44, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of mehtamphetamine on or about June 10 by O'Fallon police. Hillman allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Kenneth W. Howard, 25, of 2917 West Boulevard, Apt. 1, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or abour June 10 by St. Clair County sheriff. Howard allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Tab W. Sanders, 26, of 15 S. Washington, Lenzburg, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Sanders allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

April D. Pickard, 39, of 1517 Lebanon Ave., Apt. A, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about March 17 by St. Clair County sheriff. Pickard allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Leonard J. Kane, 37, of 7 Barco, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and driving on revoked/suspended driver's license on or about Jan. 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kane allegedly, possessed less than 5 grams of methamphetamine; drove a green 2000 Dodge Durango on West Main St., Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on May 10, 2012.

Erica L. Summers, 34, of 51 Bellevue Drive, Apt. 3, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about June 12 by Belleville police. Summers allegedly, drove a silver 1999 Oldsmobile on South 74th St., Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol. Defendant had previously convicted of Driving Under the Influence on Nov. 21, 2007.

Darryl K. Schofield, 34, of 807 N. 23rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of residential burglary and possession of burglary tools on or about June 11 by Caseyville police. Schofield allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Karen McReynolds, 3 Covina Court, Caseyville, with the intent to commit theft therein; possessed a wrench, pipe saw, screwdriver, and other miscellaneous tools suitable for use in breaking into a building, with the intent to enter any such place and with the intent to commit theft therein.

FRIDAY, JUNE 13

Cory A. Scales, 36, of 19 Judith, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 11 by Centreville police. Scales allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Lamonica A. Henderson, 23, of 1418 Doris, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft of leased property on or about Dec. 3, 2013 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Henderson allegedly, after leasing a motor vehicle, a 2013 Hyundai Accent from Enterprise Leasing of St. Louis, under an agreement in writing, which provided for the return of the vehicle to Enterprise Leasing of St. Louis, located at 1424 North Belt West, Swansea, by 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2013, willfully failed to return the vehicle to the place and at the time specified in the lease, and after being mailed a written demand for the return of the vehicle on Nov. 27, 2013, said demand being mailed, by certified mail-return receipt requested, to defendant's last known address, willfully failed to return the vehicle to the palce of business of Enterprise Leasing within 3 days from the mailing of the written demand.

Reginald Gray, 53, of 405 Langston Court, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of retail tehft, subsequent on or abour June 11 by Cahokia police. Gray allegedly, took merchandise from Shop N Save, 1028 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being dips, salt/pepper, vodka and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft- Subsquent Offense on May 11, 1998.

MONDAY, JUNE 16

Troy J. Moreno, 18, of 215 Wellesley Drive, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about June 13 by O'Fallon police. Moreno allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle of Shamica Foster, a red Dodge minivan, located at 208 Chamberlain Crossing, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Demontee D. Townsend, 22, of 701 N. Cherry St., Apt. 2, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary and unlawful use of weapons on or about June 13 by O'Fallon police. Townsend allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle of Shamica Foster, located at 206 Chamberlain Crossing, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly entered into a motor vheicle of Elizabeth Racz-Burton, a black 2005 Dodge Ram 2500, located at 201 Chamberlain Crossing, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly carried concealed on his person a stun gun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in hiw own abode, or fixed place of business.

Dan Hill, 29, of 17 North Main, Smithton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Smithton police. Hill allegedly, caused bodily harm to a female minor, date of birth, Jan. 14, 2010, in that he burnt the minor's arm with a cigarette.

Mark R. Rausch, 19, of 317 South Street, Smithton, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass remain on land and disorderly conduct on or about June 14 by Smithton police. Rausch allegedly, remained upon the land of Debbie Bennett, located at 4240 Knab Road, Smithton, after receiving notice fom the owner, Debbie Bennett, to depart; knowingly banged and kicked at the door of the residence of Debbie Bennett, located at 4240 Knab Road, Smithton, in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb Debbie Bennett, and provoke a breach of the peace.

Artis W. Jones IV, 21, of 12 Canty Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannbis on or about Feb. 7, by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Jones allegedly, knowingly and unlawfully possessed with intent to dleiver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Zeira M. Ransom, 27, of 1300 Klein, Venice, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about June 14 by Fairview Heights police. Ransom allegedly, in committing a battery, and while the defendant was at Circle K, located at 301 Salem Place, Fairview Heights, a public place of accommodation, knowingly cuased bodily harm to jamlya Newsome in that she punched Jamlya Newsome in her face.

Jonathan C. Gaxiola, 20, of 30 Village Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about June 16 by Fairview Heights police. Gaxiola allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Deravion D. Allmon, 21, of 524 N. 4th St., B, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about June 15 by Belleville police. Allmon allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle of Latrene Harris, a silver 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue, located at 3514 W. A St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Austin Bray, 19, of 524 N. 4th St., B, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or abour June 15 by Belleville police. Bray allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle of Latrene Harris, a silver 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue, located at 3514 W. A St., Belleville, witht he intent to commit theft therein.
