81-year-old Caseyville man faces sexual misconduct charge

An 81-year-old Caseyville man is facing a sexual misconduct charge after he allegedly exposed his genitals at a restaurant in Sunset Hills, Mo.

Sunset Hills Police Lt. Greg Zveitel said the incident occurred at 11:22 a.m. June 11 at the St. Louis Bread Company. Witnesses called police, and Sunset Hills officers apprehended the suspect identified as Donald G. Tinsley.

St. Louis County Prosecutor's Office charged Tinsley, of 30 Acordia Dr. in Caseyville, with sexual misconduct, a class A misdemeanor, last week.

The incident June 11 wasn't the first time Tinsley exposed himself in a public setting. According to court documents, Tinsley, who was living in St. Louis at the time, was charged with sexual misconduct on June 5, 2012. As part of Tinsley's sentencing which included continued mental health treatment, Tinsley was not to be present at any St. Louis County libraries, court records state.

Tinsley's next court appearance is slated for July 28.
