ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, JUNE 20

Keith A. Word, 52, of 1803 Bond Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or abour June 17 by East St. Louis police. Word allegedly entered into a motor vehicle, a white Chevrolet Blazer, owned by Christopher Clark, localed at 606 S. 15th St., East St. Louis, with the inent to commit theft therein.

Greg E. Dunigan, 51, of 712 N. 22nd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about June 18 by East St. Louis police. Dunigan allegedly, a person who has beenconvicted of a felony under the law of the State of Illinois, knowingly possessed on his person a .44 caliber handgu Defendant had been previously convicted of Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer on May 22, 2009.

Christopher J. Bugg, 24, of 1788 Level St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft, subsequent on or about June 18 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bugg allegedly, entered a shed of 4632 State Route 4, Mascoutah, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly took property from Jimmy Mendez, being aluminum rims, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft, Subsequent Offense on March 28, 2011.

Mary A. Williams, 50, of 1524 N. 4th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about June 9 by Belleville police. Williams allegedly, in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a box cutter, knowingly caused bodily harm and permanent disfigurement to Danny Easterly, in that said defendant cut him on the face with a box cutter.

Matthew Raby, 21, of 9303 S. Broadway, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 18 by St. Clair County sheriff. Raby allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Frank E. Morton, 23, of 42 Legacy Place, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about June 17 by St. Clair County sheriff. Morton allegedly, took property from Daniel Tippy, being video games, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of Unlawful Use of Debit Card on Dec. 7, 2011.

Reginald Elliot, 27, of 3320 Green Chase Drive, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or abour June 20 by Brooklyn police. Elliot allegedly, while operating a motor vheicle, a silver 2010 Porsche Panamera, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Dean Anderson, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said silver 2010 Porsche Panamera to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and than when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs.

MONDAY JUNE 23

Richard L. Walker, 30, of 1206 Shot St., Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft on or abour June 11 by O'Fallon police. Walker allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, being two computers and speakers, total retail value in excess of $300; took merchandise being a computer, a DVD player and a Sony brand blu ray player, total retail value in excess of $300.

Ahmad J. Mims, 40, of 37 Kingery Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance onor about June 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Mims allegedly, delivered to a confidential source less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly delivered to a confidential source less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.

Dawn D. Johnson, 49, of 411 Kensington Heights Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 20 by East St. Louis police. Johnson allegedly, took merchandise from Gas Mart Convenience Store, 8301 State St., EAst St. Louis, being boxes of candy, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on Aug. 12, 1998.

Marco J. Paraham, 29, of 210 Brackett St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of domestic batter, subsequent on or about June 21 by Swansea police. Paraham allegedly, made physical contact with a minor, initials M.P., date of birth, March 1, 2012, a family/household member, in that the defendant grabbed M.P. by the arm. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery, Subsequent on or about Aug. 3, 2011.

Sanchez L. Fields, 33, of 5466 Eicheberger, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or abour June 19 by Swansea police. Fields allegedly, possessed about/on his person a black Kel-Tec 9mm P-11 semi-automatic handgun; possessed about/on his person a 9mm round of ammunition. Defendant had been previously convicted to Unlawful Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Deliver on June 15, 2009.

Tony D. Bogan, 26, of 741 N. 60th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, aggravated fleeing, drug conspire domestic battery and resisiting a police officer on or about June 20 by Caseyville police. Bogan allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a black 2002 Chevy Trail Blazer, knowing it to have been stolen; while operating a motor vehicle, a black 2002 Chevy Trail Blazer, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Woodrow Hall, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said black 2002 Chevy Trail Blazer to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being a red traffic signal at the intersection of Highway 157 and St. Clair Avenue, a red traffic signal at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue and Highway 111, a red traffic signal at the intersection of Summit Avenue and Highway 111, a stop sign at the intersection of Highway 111 and State Street, and a stop sign at the intersection of Highway 111 and Lake Street; knowingly made physical contact with Elizabeth A. Sampson, a family/household member, said defendant pushed her; knowingly resisted the performance of Officer Woodrow Hall of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of said defendant, knowing Woodrow Hall to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that said defendant jamped out of the passenger side door of a black 2002 Chevy Trail Blazer and fled on foot, even though he was commanded by Officer Hall to stop and raise his hands.

James B. Moore, 54,of 18 N. Marilyn St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about June 20 by St. Clair County sheriff. Moore allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed about/on his person a Smith and Wesson .357 Magnum revolver. The defendant had been previously convicted of Armed Robbery on Feb. 21, 2001.

Lisa A. Mitchell, 32, of 1617 Elanor, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery on or about June 20 by Belleville police. Mitchell allegedly, caused harm to Nicholas B. Blumbert, a family/household member, in that the defendant stabbed Nicholas Blumberg in the abdomen with a knife.

Milton L. Quilling, 37, of 5608 Portland Place, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and domestic battery on or about May 11 by Washington Park police. Quilling allegedly, damaged property of Milton Wilson, a vehicle, located at 5608 Portland Place, Washington Park, without Wilson's consent, said damage being in excess of $300 but not in excess of $10,000; knowingly made physical contact with Milton Wilson, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed Wilson about the body.

Derek A. Gravot, 24, of 2121 S. 2nd St., Fayetteville, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual assault on or about June 21 by Fayetteville police. Gravot allegedly, committed an act of criminals sexual assault with Lena Trinkaus-Viorin without her consent.

Ronnie J. Gully Jr., 22, of 9728 Baltimore St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of four counts of aggravated battery on or about June 8 by St. Clair County sheriff. Gully allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused harm to Steven Frierdich in that he struck Frierdich in the mouth with his fist, knowing Frierdich to be a correctional institutional employee engaged int he performance of his authorized duties; struck him in the eye with his fist; knowingly made physical contact with Chris Lanzante, in that he threw a substance containing fecal matter on Lanzante's body knowing Lanzante to be a correctional institution employee engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly made physical contact with Thomas Mesey, in that he threw a substance containing fecal matter on Mesey's face and body knowing him to be a correctional institution employee engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Jesse T. Ring, 34, of 1319 N. 2nd St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about June 21 by Fairview Heights police. Ring allegedly, took merchandise from Famous Footwear, Fairview Heights, being a pair of shoes, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on Jan. 22, 2013.

Brian Gordon, 39, of 3842 Chestnut Ave., Kansas City, Mo., arrested on suspicion of two counts of theft and unlawful possession of credit/debit card on or about Feb. 27, Fairview Heights police. Gordon allegedly, obtained, by deception, property of Best Buy, being a MacBrook Pro, service plan and software, total value in excess of $500, but not in excess of $10,000; Samsung Galaxy watches, phone case and service plans, total value in excess of $500 but not in excess of $10,000; with the intent to defraud Southwest Airlines Reward Program, used a Visa crdit card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods and services, total value in excess of $300.

Charles E. Horton, 51, of 7 Louise Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of an amount of a controlled substance on or about April 19 by East St. Louis police. Horton allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Jeremiah J. Beison, 28, of 450 N. 6th St., Apt. 7G, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of felon possession of a firearm on or about May 3 by East St. Louis police. Beison allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed a shotgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of Aggravated Domestic Battery on July 21, 2013.

Kevin J. Loehr, 50, of 503 S. 1st St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 19 by St. Clair County sheriff. Loehr allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Eugene D. Compton Jr., 35, of 507 S. Benton St., New Athens, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Compton allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing alprazolam.

Jeffery L. Dancy Jr., 31, of 15 Clinton Hills Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. Dancy allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing hydrocodone.

Javaris D. Hoskins, 20, of 101 W. 5th St., Apt. 5, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender from between April 23 and June 16 by O'Fallon police. Hoskins allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failued to provide correct information regarding his residence to the Cheif of Police of the City of O'Fallon.

Bailee H. Friederich, 23, of 50 Crest, Highland, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about May 1 by Fairview Heights police. Friederich allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing morphine.

Wayne Richardson Jr., 50, of 214 Laurel Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent between Jan. 27 and June 23 by Fairview Heights police. Richardson allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to register in accordance with the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of City of Fairview Heights, within 3 days of establishing a residence within that city. Defendant had been previously convicted of Sex Offender Registration Act, being Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in the Pierce County Superior Court on Oct. 23, 2008.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25

Joseph E. Suggs, 39, of 3422 Sheridan Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of child pornography and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse on or about June 7 by Belleville police. Suggs allegedly, photographed a male minor with initials M.W., date of birth, May 9, 1998, a child whom the defendant reasonably should have known to be under the age of 18 years; possessed photographs of a male minor with initials M.W., date of birth, May 9, 1998, a child whom the defendant reasonably should have known to be under the age of 18 years; knowingly committed and act of criminal sexual abuse with a male minor, initials M.W., date of birth, May 9, 1998.

Travarus D. Johnson, 23, of 270 Marcella Drive, 7, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about June 22 by St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 rams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Markece A. Cotton, 19, of 43 Viex Carre Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle from between June 1 and June 10 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Cotton allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a white 2002 Pontiac Grand Am of Mary Bradford knowing it to have been stolen.

Jordan T. Whitelow, 21, of 1055 Cool Valley, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about June 17 by Belleville police. Whitelow allegedly, entered into a building, a storage shed, of Tina Chatfield, located at 146 Belle Valley Drive, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Christy L. McDuffie, 34, of 625 Portland Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about June 24 by Belleville police. McDuffie allegedly, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to Keith Hudson, int hat she cut Keith Hudson on his face with the knife; knowingly caused bodily harm to Keith Hudson, a family/household member, in that said defendant cut Keith Hudson on his face with the knife.

Christopher L. Foster, 40 of 1150 Lilac, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer on or about June 24 by O'Fallon police. Foster allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, being bottles of water, fireworks, CDs, batteries and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300; while operating a motor vehicle, a white 2011 Chevrolet Impala, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Kirk Brueggeman, who was i police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said white 2011 Chevrolet Impala to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer.

THURSDAY, JUNE 16

Booker T. Lumas Jr., 47, of 4009 N. Park Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery on or about June 24 by Belleville police. Lumas allegedly, made physical contact with Tanashika Lumas, a family/household member, inthat said defendant struck Tanashika Lumas in her face with his fist. Defendant had been previously convicted of Aggravated Domestic Battery on Oct. 18, 2006.

Alvin D. Smith, 23, of 3 N. 40th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to dleiver cannabis on or about June 25 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Smith allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 500 grams but less than 2,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
