ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, JULY 3

David P. Vuichard, 38, of 1303 Wachtel, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about May 24 by Sauget police. Vuichard allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused great bodily harm to Samuel Berglin, in that he struck Samuel Berglin in the face with his fist.

Antwan D. Anderson, 37, of 1822 W. Main St., Apt. 6, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 2 by Belleville police. Anderson allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Ryan Grauer, located at 14 S. 19th St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Terrance L. Garner Jr., 26, of 124 Dawn Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 2 by Belleville police. Garner allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Ryan Grauer, located at 14 S. 19th St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Darrick T. Jackson, 53, of 750 Fountain View Drive, Apt. F, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery on or about July 2 by Mascoutah police. Jackson allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Pamela Jackson was on Highway 177, a public way, knowingly caused bodily harm to Pamela Jackson, in that he struck her on her face with his fist; struck her had against the side of a vehicle; grabbed her by the throat and applied pressure.

Clinton L. Hardin Jr., 31, of 600 S. 6th St., 177, Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery with a firearm on or about June 29 by Brooklyn police. Hardin allegedly, and by means of the discharging of a firearm caused injury to Stephen G. Franklin, in that the defendant shot Stephen G. Franklin in the right thigh with a handgun.

Brandon Minor, 28, of 682 Materdie Lane, C, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about July 2 by Belleville police. Minor allegedly, took merchandise from Schnuck's, 5720 North Belt West, Belleville, being soap, clothes detergent, candles, other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Jeffrey A. Thornton, 30, of 4515 Whisper Lake Drive, 4, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or abour July 1 by Belleville police. Thornton allegedly, took merchandise from Schnuck's, 5720 North Belt West, Belleville, being soap, clothes detergent, candles, other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

MONDAY, JULY 7

Bryan R. Charlie, 26, of 412 Winchester Place, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on suspended license on or about July 4 by Fairview Heights police. Charlie allegedly, drove a 2002 Toyota 4Runner on Illinois Highway 159 in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

Jennifer L. Butler, 38, of 506 N. Lincoln Ave., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on suspended license on or about July 4 by Fairview Heights police. Butler allegedly, drove a 2003 Dodge Stratus on Old Lincoln Trail, in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

Richard D. Malone Jr., 35, of 832 N. 75th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault on a peace officer with a motor vehicle, and two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude the police on or about July 3 by Caseyville police. Malone allegedly, operated a mtoor vehicle in a way which placed Cody Wiley, a peace officer performing duties in his official capacity in reasonable apprehension of being struck by a motor vehcile, a 2005 Pontiac sedan, in that he fled from a traffic stop at a time when Cody Wiley's foot was underneath the vehicle and Cody Wiley had to jump away from the vehicle to avoid being run over by the rear tire; while operating a motor vehicle, a 2005 Pontiac sedan, was given a visual signal by a police officer. Ptl. Woodrow Hall of the Caseyville Police Department, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said 2005 Pontiac sedan to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit, being a speed of approximately 100 mph on Highway 64 were the posted speed limit was 65 mph, all while in St. Clair County; defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being a traffic control device displaying a red light at Highway 157 and Rauckman Drive, and the stop signs on Kingshighway at 51st St. and 52nd St., all while in St. Clair County.

Joshua D. Lane, 34, of 1155 Myrtel St., Myrtle, Mo., arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or abour July 3 by Belleville police. Lane allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, located at 2608 Greenmount Commons Drive, Belleville, being one black backpack, one camping bag, one portable fan, three cell phone cases, three packages of solar LED lights, 10 rolls of duck tape, 16 pairs of skullcandy headphones, one package of lighters, one package of batteries, and a collection of glowsticks, total retail value in excess of $300.

Daniel L. Petrus, 24, of 115 Glenview Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about June 19 by Belleville police. Petrus allegedly, took control over property of Tedd and Marva Petrus at 8800 W. Main St., Belleville, being a battery charger, a laptop, power tools, a vacuum, a 15" flat screen TV, a TV stand, a fan, a debit card, lawn mower, total value in excess of $500.

Charles C. Buehler, 37, of 27 Blackburn Manor, Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint and domestic battery on or about July 4 by Millstadt police. Buehler allegedly, detained Jody Weis in her residence when he, against her will, picked her up and carried her to the bedroom of her residence when she was attempting to leave; knowingly made physical contact with Jody L. Weis, a family/household member, in that the defendant struck her in the face with his closed fist.

Lashandra R. Anderson, 31, of 3702 Brady Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about July 4 by East St. Louis police. Anderson allegedly, in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a glass bottle, knowingly caused bodily harm to Gregory Conners, in that she cut him in the face and head with the bottle.

Anthony McGee, 48, of 4501 Sixth St., Louisville, Ky., arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen motor vehicle and theft by deception on or about Feb. 28 by Fairview Heights police. McGee allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehcile, possessed a 2005 Black Cadillac CTS knowing it to have been stolen; knowingly obtained, by deception, control over property of Kennedi Auto Sales, being a 2005 Black Cadillac CTS, total value in excess of $500 but not in excess of $10,000.

Ian D. Locke, 21, of 21 Yorkshire Lane, C, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, theft and criminal trespass to vehicle on or about July 5 by Shiloh police. Locke allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; knowingly exerted unauthorized control over property of Evan Reichert, being U.S. currency, total value not in excess of $500; entered a motor vehicle of Evan Reichert, being a black 2007 Hyundai Tiburon.

Johnathan R. Navrkal Jr., 21, of 118 Turnbridge Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about July 5 by Swansea police. Navrkal allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Jeffrey A. Cutright, in that the defendant struck him in the head with his fists knowing Jeffrey A. Cutright to be an emergency medical technician engaged in the performance of his official duties; knowingly made physical contact with Johnathan R. Navrkai Sr., a family/household member, in that the defendant his him in the face.

Christopher R. Koch, 34, of 1726 N. Church St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance onor about July 3 by St. Clair County sheriff. Koch allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Pedro J. Orozco, 22, of 1938 Benton St., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and criminal trespass to residence on or about July 5 by Fairmont City. Orozco allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Rogel Emanuel Ventura De Leon, in that the defendant struck Rogel about the head with a pipe; entered and remained within the residence of Rogel Emanuel Ventura De Leon, located at 4126 Collinsville Road, Fairmont City, at a time when said defendant knew that one or more persons were present in that residence.

TUESDAY, JULY 8

Miguel C. Luna Jr., 25, of 21 Richard Place, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery and endangering a child on or about July 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Luna allegedly, a person of the age of 18 years and upward, knowingly caused bodily harm to A.K., a female minor, date of birth Jan. 18, 2012, a child under the age of 13 years, in that the defendant struck her about her face with his hands; struck her about her buttocks with his hands; took the female minor swimming at 1 a.m. in 60 degree weather while intoxicated, causing said minor to suffer from hypothermia.

Daryan J. Bruce, 18, of 1141 Goelz Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of threaten a public official and domestic battery on or about July 6 by East St. Louis police. Bruce allegedly, conveyed directly to Robert L. Sallie Jr., a sworn law enforcement officer with the East St. Louis Police Department, a public official, a unique threat that would place Robert L. Sallie Jr. in reasonable apprehension of future bodily harm in that said defendant informed him that the defendant was going to kill him, and the threat was conveyed because of the hostility of the defendant toward the status or position of Off. Robert L. Sallie Jr.; knowingly made physical contact with Savon N. Bruce, a family/household member, in that he struck Savon N. Bruce in the face with his fist.

William B. Wagnon, 19, of 12811 W. Lee Ave., Waukegan, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis on or about March 12 by Fairview Heights police. Wagnon allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing amphetamine; had in his possession more than 2.5 but less than 10 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
