Township audits fail to mention $280,000 in credit card spending

Four years worth of audits of East St. Louis Township, Illinois, do not mention $280,000 in credit card spending by the Supervisor Oliver Hamilton and two others that was over budget and not approved by the township board of trustees. The auditing firm, Scheffel Boyle, said it could not comment on the audits’ findings.
