COLLINSVILLE -- Farm equipment and supply retailer Rural King is going to establish a new store in the metro-east.

Johnson Properties just closed on the sale of the 104,000-square-foot vacant store at 9525 Collinsville Road in Collinsville located next to Shop 'n Save. The space had been home to Value City Department Store, which closed last year.
