The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, AUG. 1

Gerald L. Bradford Jr., 20, of 821 N. Cherry St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 3 by O'Fallon police. Braford allegedly, entered into the dwelling place of Mary Brown, 517 Washington St., O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Darrell Durr, 18, of 8230 State Route 15, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance o or about July 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Durr allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Tabitha R. Clifton, 42, of 204 Lime St., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of aiding, abetting or possible sale of a stolen vehicle on or about July 31 by Dupo police. Clifton allegedly, a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a 1996 Yamaha Warrior, knowing it to have been stolen.

Janishua Z. Brown, 19, of 6604 Future St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery on or about July 31 by Cahokia police. Brown allegedly, in committing domestic battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Euron Northington, a family/household member, in that said defendant stabbed Euron Northington in his chest with an icepick.

Sean M. Flynn, 40, of 3607 Falling Springs, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of meth manufacturing material and possession of 5 grams of meth on or about July 31 by St. Clair County sheriff. Flynn allegedly, had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being sudaphed pills, ammonium nitrate and butane fuel with the intent that the sudaphed pills, ammonium nitrate and butane fuel be used to manufacture mehtamphetamine; knowingly had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Joshua D. Leingang, 30, of 9210 Highland Park Drive Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about July 31 by Fairview Heights police. Leingang allegedly, carried or concealed on his person a .25 caliber pistol, at a time when he was not on his own land, and engaged in a misdemeanor violation of the cannabis control act.

Rayfor C. Kelly, 48, of homeless, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of sex offender registration, false information from between May 2 and Aug. 1 by Belleville police. Kelly allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to provide correct information regarding his residence to the Chief of Police of Belleville.

MONDAY, AUG. 4

Alonzo A. Smith, 28, of 308 Laurel Ave., B, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary and resisting or obstructing a peace officer on or about July 31 by East St. Louis police. Smith allegedly, entered into a building, Lilly Freeman School, being a school located at 1236 E. Broadway Ave., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly resisted the performance of David Heine of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the apprehension of Alonzo Smith, knowing David Heine to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to obey verbal commands and continued to pull away from David Heine.

Caitlyn A. Jordan, 25, of 1636 Rose Wall Drive, St. Charles, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident on or about Aug. 1 by Fairview Heights police. Jordan allegedly, drove a tan Chevrolet Malibu on Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended; was driving a tan Chevrolet Malibu on Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights, and was involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in damage to a vehicle driven by Jessica M. Hill, and said defendant, with knowledge that an accident had occurred, failed to immediately stop her vehicle at the scene of the accident and remain at the scene of the accident until she had performed the duty to give information and render aid.

TarisT. Kirkwood, 19, of 3763 Potomac, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing on or about Aug. 2 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Kirkwood allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a 2004 Dodge Caravan in Cahokia, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Sgt. Damon Pipkens, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said 2004 Dodge Caravan to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and than when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more traffic control devices being a stop sign at Range Lane and Jerome Lane and a stop sign at Jerome Lane and Wright Lane; the defendant traveled at a rate of speed greater than 21 mph over the posted speed limit.

Ryan J. Moylan, 29, of 1303 Old Bell Road, Grayville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about Aug. 1 by Caseyville police. Moylan allegedly, had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Brady D. McCallister, 33, of 439 S. 6th St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine on or about July 31 by Caseyville police. McCallister allegedly, had in his possession less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Derrick A. Johnson, 31, of 1450 Stoneyberry Court, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent offense on or about Aug. 1 by Swansea police. Johnson allegedly, took merchandise from Schnuck's, 2665 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being eight 32 count bags of Tide Laundry Detergent, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Second Degree Burglary on Aug. 2, 2013.

Zachary R. Pinkerton, 24, of 1467 Cantwell Lane, Apt. 7, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of burglary and two counts of theft on or about Aug. 3 by Fairview Heights police. Pinkerton allegedly, entered into a motor vehicle, a 1998 Ford Mustang, located at 419 Joseph, Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly took property of Karmen Henry, being mail, total value not in excess of $500; knowingly took property of Kimberly Henderson, a cell phone, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of Burglary on Oct. 24, 2012.

Kyler M. Richardson, 18, of 580 McBride Drive, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about May 30 by St. Clair County sheriff. Richardson allegedly, entered into a vehicle belonging to Dennis Pennock located at 2206 Malvern, Dupo, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Ricky A. Panchot, 39, of 140 St. Robert Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license on or about Aug. 4 by Dupo police. Panchot allegedly, drove a Ford Expedition on Stolle Road in Dupo, at a time when the defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on March 11, 2008.

John L. Ray Jr., 34, of 46 Stacy Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of four counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about Aug. 1 by Belleville police. Ray allegedly, made contact with Brandy N. Vidmar, a family/household member, in that the said defendant pulled her hair; punched her in the eye; punched her in the chest; and struck her in the face with a bottle. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery on Oct. 1, 1999.

Ricky L. Duncan, 35, of 4039 N. Four Ridge, House Springs, Mo., arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated reckless driving on or about Feb. 15 by O'Fallon police. Duncan allegedly, drove a vehicle, a silver 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix, with a willful and wanton disregard for the safety of persons and in doing so caused harm to Michael Schwoebel in the said defendant drove the vehicle and struck another vehicle driven by Michael Schwoebel; drove the vehicle and struck another vehicle in which Karen Schwoebel was a passenger; drove the vehicle and struck another vehicle in which Kalynn Schwoebel was a passenger.

MADISON COUNTY SHERIFF

TUESDAY, AUG. 5

James Leonard Engler, 40, of 414 W. Division St., Marine charged with aggravated driving while under the influence while license revoked and suspended and improper lane usage on Aug. 3 by Madison County Sheriff. Engler allegedly, drove a maroon 1997 Chevrolet on U.S. Route 40 near Illinois State Route 162 in Troy erratically. Engler was arrested and transported to the Madison County Jail. Defendant had been previously convicted to Driving Under the Influence in 2012. Judge Hackett set Engler's bond at $20,000. Engler remains in custody at the Madison County Jail.
